I wonder where do they get the star rating from? The corridors with cheap linoleum look like a hospital - and a noisy one for that matter, as every step can be heard in your room too. They charge 5e for slippers, there is no free coffee/tea in the room (even some 4* hotels offer that), the bathroom looked dated... more

I booked two days package trip to Naantali for my family especially thinking about my son's first birthday. I had already some sort of idea about the place beforehand...I was looking for a five star hotel with all inclusive with those stars. stupid me... The hotel has a huge lobby with all the glamour, until they forward you upstairs. The... more

We stayed here during the off season, so it was rather quiet and pleasant. They told us that it gets really crowded later on, which is a pity, because what is so nice about the hotel is the miles of uncrowded walking paths alongside the water that can be taken to town or elsewhere. The hotel is about a mile... more

Much hyped hotel which failed to impress. Rooms bland and unremarkable, no aircon and too hot; bathroom dated. Hallway like a hospital. Scrum down at breakfast for a wide choice but generally bland fare. However, comfortable beds, v plush lobby and not too far to walk into lovely Naantali. more

We stayed in the Naantali Spa Hotel in December last year over Christmas, and had a wonderful time! 1) The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. 2) The breakfast and the rest of the meals were very good (we had a Christmas package which included full board, breakfast, lunch and dinner over Christmas holidays which in Finland... more

I stayed at the Naantali Spa Hotel with my fifteen year old daughter for one night. We had just come from spending a week with a Finnish family who showed us the authentic Finnish summer life, complete with sauna at the rustic family summer home. The experience at the Naantali simply doesn't compare. The hotel is fine for what it... more

We spent three nights at this property in early July. We had booked into the Family Hotel, not the Spa Hotel itself. The website doesn't give too much info on the Family Hotel, just that it consists of apartments with kitchens, ensuite bathroom, etc. An apartment at the Family Hotel is half the price of a room at the Spa... more

We spent two days and absolutely loved it. The yacht is a wonderful idea and the rooms are really spacious (even had a sofa bed too for our kids). They had several (6 or 7) really nice restaurant and the local town is a pictureque little holiday destionation on it's own. 2 days wasn't enough to see it all though... more

We stayed here for three nights and I wonder why Caribia hotel in Turku was rated better in reviews – may be just because travellers had no possibility to compare them. Naantali Spa Hotel’s rooms are big, nice, clean and very comfortable. Yes, there are plain - but very stylish Scandinavian way and very relaxing. Service is great. Restaurants are... more

The common areas, lobby/reception, restaurants and spa facilities are quite 5-star and beautifully appointed. The cruise ship addition is also lovely. Perhaps the suites are up to a 5-star level but the average room leaves a lot to be desired. It's exremely basic and plain, no headboard on the small bed, no pictures on the walls and very sparse. A... more
