Hotel Azul de Galimar is run by a family and they do it well. We stayed as part of a cycling tour and the hotel is perched right up high on the hill behind San Vicente so the views are fabulous. My ground floor room had a big terrace balcony with views over the headland and sea. It was a... More

My wife and I spent a night in this spotless modern three Star bed and breakfast hotel. This was the last week of a tour that took us from Santander to Santiago and back. We found the hotel quite by chance using an Internet cafe The patron and his wife are lovely people and nothing was too much trouble. The... More

We stayed on our first night of a three week driving holiday in Spain. The hotel is immaculate, we parked at hotel but the surrounding roads are perfectly safe. Ask for room 11,12 or 13, they have large patio areas and the view is fabulous. The daughter of the owners speaks very good English and is extremely helpful. We will... More

It is the only place to stay in town. Wonderful staff; some of whom spoke English and the others helped us when we spoke very limited Spanish. The room was available early for us to move into and we had a wonderful view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the shower was fine.... More

Clean, crisp, fresh decor and stunning views over the town and the seaside. The room we had opened out onto a sun terrace. Decent night's sleep capped off by a lovely straightforward breakfast (cake/toast/fruit juice/coffee) on the terrace overlooking the seas served by friendly staff. This hotel is up a fairly steep hill and about 10 minutes from town.

Stayed here four nights, room only basis, in one of the rooms with very large terrace. Excellent view, tasteful new furnishing and bright decor, spotless property, friendly staff. Loved the town and the area, there is so much to do here. We hope to return

Great little pension & hotel in a lovely town on the Cantabrican cost. Super clean, comfortable, superb views of the bay of San Vicente, and very friendly family hosts. Great value, we'd happily stay again, and the town and it's beaches and surrounding countryside and coastline are wonderful.

A slightly random stop for us but what a find, great view of the bay and friendly staff, the only downside was the breakfast, don't bother apart from that great stay
