So where do I start? This place was a great end to day of exploring and swimming. It was a delight to come home to a super comfortable bed and an amazing bath. The room we stayed in was the downstairs bedroom with access to the gardens. It has a free-standing claw-foot bath that I soaked in every night after... More

Amazing 2 night stay here. Stunning views and outstanding hospitality. The room was excellent with with everything you needed and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was a delight with amazing home made muffins that were delicious. Would loved to have stayed longer.

A very nice and friendly facility op a top location. The bungalow was on a green location, surrounded by a beautiful garden, overlooking the sea in the distance, with many birds around. The facility was very well equipped.

We stayed in the cottage for a long weekend and it was great. Amazing views and good location. Cottage has everything you need and want. Jim & Sue are great, very helpful and super accommodating. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at Fraser Highlands when viiting Abel Tasman and Cape Farewell and It is in an ideal location for exploring this part of South Island. Jim and Sue made us very welcome and gave us an excelent breakfast. The en-suite room we had on the groud floor was very comfortable and appropriately secluded. The house itself has wonderful views... More

We had never spent the festive period in the Southern Hemisphere so it was important to us that we found a good place to stay especially as we have two young daughters who love Christmas at home! On the strength of the good reviews on here we decided to take the plunge and book four nights at Fraser Highlands. We... More

My family of five has been traveling the globe since August, as we've been fortunate enough to have been granted a sabbatical. We landed at Fraser Highlands in mid October and stayed for a week, and the visit definitely serves as a highlight for our family. In fact, it's one of the best places of the many where we've stayed.... More

We enjoyed our stay in Jim and Sue's lovely home. They are a delightful couple. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts were delicious and nutritious. And the setting was SPECTACULAR. The house is perched on a hill with an incredible panoramic view of the Tasman Sea coast. The place is a little piece of heaven.

We have stayed in the cottage during the Christmas Eve. The property is located high above Abel Tasman and has an amazing view over the tides. The cottage has a kitchen and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The terrace is beautiful, full of flowers and i could have spent a day there just watching the tides. The sunrise... More
