We stayed one night at the Blue Waters and loved the clean, bright room with lots of extras. The room was well decorated and the bed was comfortable. The owner gave us a great suggestion for dinner - The Ship in Axmouth just a 15 minute walk. The beach is only 100 yards away.

Stayed for one night whilst visiting friends in Seaton. It was easy to find with on street parking directly outside. Our room was lovely and bright with plenty of room, tea & coffee making facilities as well as bottled water to drink. It didn't have a hair dryer though - something I had forgotten to pack! It is well positioned... More

Had an early bank holiday at this little gem of a guest house. Incredibly friendly, well comfortable bed in a bright clean room and tea/coffee making facility complete with bickies. Coupla minutes walk from the sea front and the unique tramway. Icing on the cake you don't have to rush to get dressed or be sociable first thing in the... More

Found it very easily as it is on the main road in (from Lyme Regis), very distinctive with its' blue paint. Friendly welcome and our room (4) was lovely and airy, with a view over the little patio and our car. Very nice room, spotlessly clean in all areas, with lots of things considered to be 'extras' in other establishments;... More

My wife & I decided to 'get away from it all' at Christmas, so she booked us in for 3 nights at the Blue Waters, 24th, 25th & 26th December. We had a great time & thoroughly recommend this B&B. Breakfast was superb & served in our room, which we much preferred to a dining room. The room was light... More

We stayed for one night and what a pleasure it was. The host Angela was very welcoming and charming. The room we had was delightful, it was very nicely decorated with lots of sea side pictures and decorative items. The on-suite was huge, with a walk in corner power shower and again tastefully decorated. Breakfast is served in the room... More

Having booked online and paid a little more for a king room I was surprised when we were shown our room (1) which was smaller than I expected and although the bathroom looked new the shower unit seems to be an afterthought and tucked in the wall in the opposite corner of the room. Having said this the room was... More

Stayed here for the first time, having previously been residents of seaton, so never needing to stay in a b&b there! Now we live in Exeter and were attending a wedding nearby and so needed a room for the night. We didn't have to pay in advance when booking, just when we checked out. The room was well decorated as... More

Once or twice a year we visit family in Seaton and stay at this gorgeous little B&B. The rooms are beautifully presented and the table in the bay window for breakfast looking at the sea to the side is lovely. Clean, friendly, tasty breakfast, would happily live here :)
