Booked here to attend local wedding. We had family suite and also a double room for my daughter. Hosts friendly and helpful when booking and also for early check in to enable us to get changed. Rooms clean Towels and bed linens of good quality, bed really comfy. Lovely breakfast good quality ingredients. Would highly recommend

Stopped here for one night to break the trip from Cornwall to Kent. I don't review everywhere we stay but I think this warrants a mention. Very friendly couple, very clean room, central to the seafront and everything you could want in the room, nice large Mira shower, centrally heated,tea/coffee etc and a lovely choice of breakfast served to you... We stayed at the Blue waters b&b for 1 night at the end of August. We are a family of 4 so had the family suite. It was perfect. It has a large lounge/dining area, a bedroom with bunk beds for the children and a bedroom with en-suite. The hosts were friendly and informative. The cooked breakfast was delicious. Would... More

Off road parking, easy to find, great bathroom, nice decor, pleasant landlords who live off- site but turn up to cook and deliver breakfast to your room. The bed we had was latex which some people love however it doesn't suit me. Regardless, overall it was a good experience.

We booked the suite for 2 adults and 2 teen girls which comprised a huge, comfortable lounge,a room with bunk beds,a separate double bedroom and a lovely colourful, airy bathroom. Everywhere was spotless ,our hostess was very welcoming and relaxed and breakfast served in our lounge was delicious . I highly recommend this delightful B and B

We stayed one night at the Blue Waters and loved the clean, bright room with lots of extras. The room was well decorated and the bed was comfortable. The owner gave us a great suggestion for dinner - The Ship in Axmouth just a 15 minute walk. The beach is only 100 yards away.

Stayed for one night whilst visiting friends in Seaton. It was easy to find with on street parking directly outside. Our room was lovely and bright with plenty of room, tea & coffee making facilities as well as bottled water to drink. It didn't have a hair dryer though - something I had forgotten to pack! It is well positioned... More

Had an early bank holiday at this little gem of a guest house. Incredibly friendly, well comfortable bed in a bright clean room and tea/coffee making facility complete with bickies. Coupla minutes walk from the sea front and the unique tramway. Icing on the cake you don't have to rush to get dressed or be sociable first thing in the... More

Found it very easily as it is on the main road in (from Lyme Regis), very distinctive with its' blue paint. Friendly welcome and our room (4) was lovely and airy, with a view over the little patio and our car. Very nice room, spotlessly clean in all areas, with lots of things considered to be 'extras' in other establishments;... More

My wife & I decided to 'get away from it all' at Christmas, so she booked us in for 3 nights at the Blue Waters, 24th, 25th & 26th December. We had a great time & thoroughly recommend this B&B. Breakfast was superb & served in our room, which we much preferred to a dining room. The room was light... More
