We have stayed at Holmleigh House many times & it never disappoints! Its always spotlessly clean and very warm & welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable & the little extras are excellent. The breakfasts are the best breakfasts we have ever come across, the amount of choice is amazing! The cooked breakfast uses local produce & they are very tasty!... More

We had the family room at the front of the house which was very nice indeed and the little extras like dressing gowns and toiletries were lovely. Gaynor the owner was a great host and we would certainly recommend staying there. My son particularly liked the pancakes for breakfast!

Both myself, my partner and our little one stated here for New Years Eve. From the moment we arrived we received a five star welcome! The room was fab, the breakfast too. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the owner. It's not very often that I take the trouble to write a review, but this place certainly deserves a mention.... More

We had a fantastic one night stay. Great welcome and a lovely cup of tea in the lounge, lovely rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfast. Full of nice touches and enormous attention to detail. Could not ask for more, thank you.

This is located in a quiet area of Seaton, within a couple of blocks from the seaside, and restaurants. There is a pleasant park across the street. There is street-parking only, which can be a bit of a challenge, to find something close to the guesthouse. Our room was fairly large, the ensuite shower room was a couple of steps... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, always appreciated. So sorry you encountered a few minor problems, I would have been happy to put them right if I had known at the time. There was a problem with the shower door but the entire shower enclosure has now been replaced. I am sorry you found the bed... More

Stayed here for one night at the start of our Channel To Channel (Seaton to Watchett) walk. Very friendly welcome, nice lounge, nicely decorated rooms and a superb breakfast - The Full Works is recommended! Close to the Esplanade, opposite the putting green. And the landlady is also the Mayoress!
