Clean tidy room. Fridge and microwave a bonus. Good wifi speed breakfast is well cooked and nice. Location ideal for motorways to go north or south. nice hosts who make the stay that little bit nicer. Felt safe as a solo female traveller

Stayed at this lovely B & B for two nights. The owners were both very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a very good size and extremely well equipped with a fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery in case you were wanting to eat in the evenings. There was plenty of storage space - both hanging and in drawers. Additionally there... More

What an unusual little B&B so glad we had sat nav as would never have found it as its in the corner of a cul de sac... but so handy for the wedding we went to at the local barn. When you arrive you will feel totally relaxed, almost like going to family or friends for the night. The owners... More

What can I say??? We certainly dropped on with this little gem! We booked to stay here as a stop off on a charity walk from Birmingham to Manchester. When we arrived we were 3 days in to the walk...and I'd hit a wall. My muscles and feet were shot and I was on the verge of giving up. The... More

I stayed overnight at the HP Bed and Breakfast with friends at the weekend. We were going to a wedding reception at the Sandhole Oak Barn. We found it to be an excellent stay, with friendly, welcoming owners and a comfortable, well-equipped room. It was only a short taxi ride to the Barn and we had a comfortable and quiet... More

I would recommend this B and B for an overnight stop in Congleton. The owners are very welcoming and the accommodation is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, I too got the uncomfortable bed, but the addition of a topper would quickly sort out this problem. The breakfast was generous and very tasty and the price was very fair.

I've stayed here on 3 occasions now and I can not fault the hospitality you receive. The B&B is a small house at the end of a cul-de-sac which is very clean and comfortable inside. Pat is extremely welcoming and can not do enough for you and to top it off makes an excellent breakfast.

I stayed here for one night last week, it takes a little finding, at the end of a quiet cul de sac, but once you've arrived you feel like your at home. Every little thing has been thought of by the welcoming & friendly owners, down to a fridge in your room, along with fresh milk and bottled water for... More

Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac, the owner welcomed me and showed me around her comfortable b & b. Easy wifi access and every need catered for. Fridge in room, biscuits in tin, small radio, light room with double windows, twin beds, table and chairs, extra heater and blanket. no ensuite, but fine bathroom with... More
