This hotel would qualify as a nice, but not a superb or outstanding, place to stay. The rooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds and recently renovated bathrooms, although some of them have the bathtub and sink in the main part of the room. One problem is that the floors are polished concrete and very cold in the wintertime. They... More

We were 7 families (~30 people) - so not the easiest group to accommodate. The staff were really great - both friendly and working hard to make sure we were happy. But there were some oddities. It appeared that other than housekeeping, who worked 9 to 5, there was one hotel staff person on site at most times. So this... More

Dear Photini17, I would like to thank you for taking the time to review our Auberge. We are very grateful for your good words about our team and restaurant. We did our best to accomodate your large group during New Years Eve period. Usually Stephanie ( front desk) do not clean the room that had not been cleaned by house... More

We stayed here for three nights, to celebrate our anniversary. Our best friends from Montreal joined us as well. The first room we were given was right beside the elevator and faced out towards a back parking lot, not very romantic! When I spoke to the gentleman at the desk, he let me view the available rooms and choose which... More

Great views nestled at the base of the mountain. Friendly staff, clean rooms fantastic restaurant and lively pub. I spent 3 nights and noticed that the spa was pretty busy on Saturday. All in all a nice place to stay. Would go again.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable. We were doing some cycling in the Magog area. Great for that purpose. Left in the mornings and drove to Magog (less than 10 mins) where we parked in on the waterfront in the large municipal lot. Unloaded the bikes and headed out from there. Waterfront area and cycling trails were excellent. We will return to... More

Fantastic 1 night stay at the inn, booked Breakfast Hug package + Sur la Route des vendanges add-on that included a vineyard visit to 4 vineyards in Magog and sherbrooke area. About the Inn: the inn in quite modern, room was so nice. Concrete floors, great big bed, spacious, all essentials, including mini fridge available. I can't complain about the... More

My wife and I stayed here while visiting the area and checking out some of the local vineyards. This hotel is located close to Magog and not too far off the highway. The hotel has a hip modern feel and the staff were pleasant. We stayed in the business type room, which we found comfortable but small. If we were... More

Our stay proved to be wonderful, from service to location, from comfortable accomodations to a satisfying breakfast. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful and the location is the best with its proximity to Mt. Orford for hikes, walking trails, summer concerts and views from our room and from the common porch located on each floor. It is... More

I appreciated that all of the staff were willing to speak English, and everyone was so kind. Our meal at the restaurant was delicious and our server very patient and accommodating to our children. Our room was immaculate and we loved the style. There was a kuerig in the room with coffee and tea k-cups for breakfast . I agree... More

This hotel was excellent. We were surprisingly upgraded to a suite (just because) and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. We had been on the road all day and didn't get to the hotel until around 8 pm. The Bistro in the hotel was also excellent. We weren't looking for a romantic getaway but that's what we got. Staff...
