The rooms are very big and spacious but very old. The AC is not working. The restaurant is nice and food is not bad. The restaurant staff is very caring. Wifi is not free and only available in lobby. Very close to Kushinagar buddhist landmarks

menu is very limited, rooms are very spacious. need to pay in cash as they dont accept cards. Some basic servcies like STD calls are overpriced. Room service takes time but is good. stayed for 8 days.

A nice environment,comfortable room, but not well maintained, good food, a good place to stay when on pilgrimage, courteous service.Expected a better place as we had stayed in another Lotus Nikko sometime earlier, (if I remember correctly in Nepal) which was beautifully maintained.

There is often reference to the poor state of UP & Bihar hotels, and the less demanding needs of those on the 'Buddhist circuit'.
