Highland Heritage , Delmally did not turn out to be the relaxing experience we expected, although we had plenty of high points in the trips and evening entertainment the whole dining experience was poorly put together frustrating. Following a 12 hour journey taking us all around West Yorkshire and Lancashire before changing coaches at Tebay services on the M6 after... More

We have just returned from a 6 night holiday at The Dalmally hotel from Highland Heritage, it is the first time we have been to Scotland, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip from start to finish. We were a little apprehensive about changing coaches on the way as we had heard horror stories about other companies. We need not have worried... More

My wife and I have just tried Dalmally which is owned by Highland Heritage. I now have a disability so flying is not a good idea. Cruising is great but we thought to try a coach holiday. We were very pleased indeed with Highland Heritage and also Dalmally. Dont book up expecting a 5 star hotel you will be disappointed.... More

My first time at this hotel and I would go back. It is a coach tour hotel and thus designed to cope with lots of people wanting attention at the same same. It caters for this market very well. Hence the title. Giving it four stars is being generous but it deserves more than three stars. I arrived there as... More

My friend in the UK invited me to join her on a tour with Highland Heritage in June 2014. The whole trip was wonderful from beginning to end. The Dalmally Hotel offered excellent service in meals & entertainment and the staff were fantastic. Every day was an adventure and our driver Gordon made the journey even more enjoyable. The scenery... More

It was our first holiday with Highland Heritage and right from being picked up the whole tour was well organised for most of the holiday we had a driver called Stevie and he was excellent but for two days of our holiday we had a driver who spoke very poor English and he was hard to understand and that did... Our first Coach Trip to Scotland. Highland Heritage was recommended and we were not disappointed. Some people may find the remoteness of Dalmally a little off putting but the scenery is breathtaking. Whilst the food is not Cordon Bleu cooking it is more than adequate. The rooms are clean and tidy (maybe a little tired). The staff are smart, polite... More

A great time from the start. Picked up on time Coach change overs smoothly made. A friendly funny driver Darren. Bags taken to the room for us. Clean well kept rooms and hotel in general. Tea and coffee facilities replenished daily. Good quality meals and choices. Entertainment every evening. Some very nice daily excursions. The only couple of downsides were... More

Have visited Scotland so booked this tripwith highland heritage. Very disappointed with the hotel. It is clean but in need of a refurbishment. So Old and dated. The bathroom definitely! The food was very average and too many people served at one time. Felt like being on a conveyor belt. Also it is very remote, nothing around the area not... More
