A delightful hotel. Very helpful Receiption Staff. Good food, excellent spa facilities. A pleasure to stay, infact we may well return for a weekend to catch up with our son and daughter in law who live in Germany who also accompanied us on our two day stay.

To our disappointment a lot of things went wrong or weren't as we expected. When checking in we didn't get our bathrobe and -towel so we had to go back to reception. In the evening we had problems with the safe and had to call reception for help to open it. Problem solved for the moment but later that night... More

Nice place and very nice and clean rooms. Our rom was in the new annex, and was large and very clean. Nothing to complain about. The pool is small and there is little place around it. People block their places and it is very difficult to find a place near it. The entrance to the terms is very slippery and... More

I went here for my birthday in february and everything was really nice..you can choose between various saunas and hammam plus there is a big indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The only negative point was the bathrobe. Huge one ..they should offer a selection of sizes. The rest was perfect...hope to spend another weekend there soon.

Upon arrival at this splendid hotel, I was treated in a great luminous reception and shown around this hotel which blends old and new architecture and design really well. I was particularly impressed with the spacious and well equipped bedrooms and public areas and despite not having the time to use the spa, the facilities looked fantastic. They say that... More

First the positive: the "comfort" rooms are extremely nice, located in a New building integrated with the château. They are large and have great design. The reception is efficient and someone shows you to your room. The breakfast is good with high quality products, apart from the undrinkable champagne. The negative : the water is cold. There are a bunch... More

Pleasantly surprised at this hotel, lovely setting, friendly staff and great spa. Good set menu in restaurant and relative value. We were told children under 13 could not use the pool. Not told this on booking but they relented.

This is a very nice hotel, however, when you pay at minimum €230 per night it places different kind of demand on the hotel in comparison with twice as cheep. Even if you don't have a car it is easy and cheep to access hotel by taking train to Liege and getting on the bus #31. The later stop couple... More

everything is great, it's worth its 4+ stars and the spa area is the best i've ever seen. include this destination in your "must see" list, I garantee it's fabulous. regarding the prices for the hotel room and meals I cannot say much because it was a business trip for my husband (but a vacation for me ;)) and the... We really splashed out for a 2 night stay at this little spa - pricey but worth it. Because we booked a package I found I was not able to book on line and it took a few phone calls to get someone whose english was good enough for me to make the booking, but they were very helpful. The... More
