Motel is really great, if you are not expecting hotel standards. Room was straight from beginning of 1990's, retro, clean and comfortable. Room was quiet, spacious and had a terrace. Parking place was just outside the door. Harbour and beach with lovely walking routes, parks and restaurants were all right in front of the motel. Dinner in nearby restaurant Albatros... More

Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Good value. Centrally located. Wifi not working during our stay. Friendly staff. A garden were children could safely run around. The surrounding area has nice prserved wooden houses from the 19th century. Close to the beach.

This motel is ideally located right next to the old town in Tammisaari. The room was clean, but both the room and especially the bathroom smelled unclean, as if cleaning detergents were not used, or a more thorough cleaning had last been done years ago.. We kept the windows open to get some fresh air, which helped a bit. Breakfast... More

This is a motel, so do not expect hotel-level amenities. Having said that, the motel is very good place to stay in Tammisaari. We overnighted at Motel Marine in June with family. The room was spacious and the beds were surprisingly good. There was a tiny tv, a small fridge and the room had a terrace with a table and... More

Didn't stay in the hotel , just day-tripping but had dinner . Copious and tasty salads and fish main course equally good . Service very friendly , seems also to be a popular place with the locals .Wine very reasonably priced [ for Finland ] . Worth a visit if you are passing through .

Tammisaari is a small town on the road from Helsinki to Pernio. The motel is one of the few places where one can stay in the town. Unfortunately I got a room on the 1st floor of the new block and chugging the luggage up was an ordeal. The bed was small and the blinds in the room was not... More

After biking from Kirkonummi I arrived at my goal, Motel Marine in Tammisaari. Check-in worked very easy, and the room was exactly what I needed, a bed, shower and television. Maybe not a place for romantic getaway, but it is well worth its price, only 55 €. The dinner at the Motel was excellent, I ordered a caesar salad with... More

Tammisaari is probably not a place were you go for a longer hoiday, but a very charming small town (nowadays a part of the huge Raasepori). Due to weddings and birthdayparties in the town I have stayed overnight in Tammisaari a couple of times. I have tested both the hotels in town, but absolutely prefer Motel Marine. Marine is more... Even though this is called a motel, doesn't really do justice to it. This is a very nice hotel (IMO) just next to the Tammisaari (or Ekenäs, as it is locally known) beach and piers and thus very centrally located. As this is a quite small but idyllic and romantic coastal town, distances within the town are very small and... More

This was the second time we stayed in the Motel Marine. We chose it again because of the location and price. Best value right in the center of Ekinäs (in Finnish--Tammisaari). Reception and room are modest but very clean. Free parking and fast, free wifi (something the Hilton chain does not offer). Breakfast buffet (included in room price) is small... More
