This hotel has the potential to be very good but sadly I wouldn't recommend it. Our room was ok and swimming pool with lots of sunbeds but it was like a ghost town with only one other couple there when we went in September. Staff not very helpful, no bar as such and when we tried to pay with credit... More

We arrived at this hotel which was like a ghost town, it was empty of staff, I called out and someone shouted for us to come down downstairs where we had to register, I attempted to use the lift as I had 2 suitcases and found it wasn't working, it didn't work all week. The receptionist took our details which... More

We booked our holidays via Booking.com, and obviously were very positive about staying at this hotel, but what a huge disappointment it was… Having paid quite a large amount of money to stay at a ‘boutique hotel in a luxury double room’, we ended up staying in a tiny, perhaps, the size of single room, twin room with split beds,... Just back from one week on Ithaca and then a second week on Kefalonia staying at this hotel. Sadly I would not recommend this. Although the hotel itself had decent rooms, pleasant pool and everything was clean, it just lacks atmosphere and guests! We felt as if we were in a private villa with the occasional Dutch couple drifting by... More

We booked this hotel through Ionian Island Holidays whose website describes the hotel as luxury with a 'unique ambience'. This is actually a very average hotel with poor staff who have no idea about customer service and it lacks any ambience at all! Fortunately the weather was superb and Kephalonia is a very attractive island but we would not recommend... More

Agree that the service could be better but what it lasks in this respect it makes up for in style, comfort and views. It was so peaceful there in the village (proper Greece). The reason for our stay was to attend a wedding in Fiscado, which although the actual event was fantastic the area itself was far to " sailing... More

Spent 2 weeks here, really great room, balcony and view, staff willing and pleasant. Thats where it ends however as these are not trained hotel staff and they do not provide service you would expect of a hotel. During the day the place seemed to be run by mother/daughter but as the daughter had a young baby the lounge area... More

Stayed here for a week towards the end of May. Had a great time in spite of mixed weather. The hotel is a delight. Boutique may be a bit of a cliche, but it is small, modern with all amenities and the staff are very friendly and efficient. It's about 5 miles from Fiscado , which is a bit trendy... More

I stayed at the Erisson Pavilion in September 2009 for 4 nights - it's a really lovely place to stay - a great pool and situated in a nice little village called Maganos not too far from Fiskardo. Maganos has a couple of places to eat and a couple of shops which sell pretty much everything you need. The staff... More
