It felt genuine and charming to stay at Villa Katerina in Porto Roma. The room was what I needed with a lovely balcony. I could make my own coffee in my room and I was surrounded by the beautiful olive trees. The host Kostas welcomed me when I came from the air-port. I travelled with a group and all the... More

I stayed at Villa Katerina in August 2014. It is a lovely place set amongst olive trees with a beautiful sky of stars at night. The room was very clean and met all my requirements. The addition of the awning was appreciated when having a morning coffee on the balcony! I have visited many of the Greek Islands but Zakynthos... More

We spent eight days and nights in a villa in Porto Catherine Roma. The place is quiet, peaceful and pastoral. The air carries cockcrow and bleating goats. And the sound of cicadas and crickets is beautiful. 5 minutes away is the beach Porto Roma, which, however, it is not pretty. On the other hand, 30 min walk or 5 min... More

Nice and quiet place in a garden of olive trees. Porto Roma beach is just 2 mins walking. The host (Kostas) was helpful and polite. The room was tidy and nice and it was cleaned every day, the kitchen fully equip and the balcony of the room was a great place for eating. I recommend this place for romantic vacation... More

Villa Katerina truly offers affordable accommodation in a wonderful peaceful setting in cozy Porto Roma. The accommodation is situated in the beautiful Vassilikos Zakynthos where the best beaches are close together. The nice owner Kostas ensures that the apartments and the beautiful garden is tip top. We did not even pay 100 Euro per person for a week in July.... More

We returned for the fifth time to Villa Katerina in September, where we received the same warm "family" welcome from Kostas, the owner. We had a first floor 3 bed studio in Villa "B" with a wonderful view from our balcony over his immaculate gardens ( 70 olive trees, pomegranate trees, grape vines and much else), and then to the... We stayed at Villa Katerina in September 2011 for two weeks. It is an ideal place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful location with a fantastic beach 20 minutes' walk away. The holiday apartments are set in an attractive garden with olive, fig and pomegranate trees, and vines. There are several outdoor showers. Our apartment had large... More

We returned from Villa Katerina one month ago and we had a superb holiday. We stopped at a small studio, which had everything necessary for comfortable living (air conditioning, mini kitchen, daily maid service). Very good value for this accomodation. Our studio was overlooking the olive grove and the sea, and every day we enjoyed the singing birds and beautiful... More

Just back from Katerina apartments in Vasilikos. A comfortable studio room with small kitchen. Location was perfect for a quiet relaxing beach holiday. Tavernas nearby, served good quality Greek food. Beaches were clean and did not get busy before 10 am. Water was clean and warm. Hired bikes to get to Gerakis beach and turtle conservation area. Water sports plentiful... More
