We visited Kalliston for a group conference early october and had read some reviews about the hotel describing it as a luxurious Fawlty Towers. Thus we didn't know what to expect. Most five star hotels are big and sometimes have difficulties with logistics. This hotel is really small for a five star hotel which would simplify keeping the act together.... more
