Visited here in 2009 but it is still one of the most fun places I've stayed in! Very cheap and a really cool way to spend a few nights. Love the social area at reception too. Would definitely recommend everyone to spend at least one night here!

I wouldn't often go to the effort to do a review but I had such a great experience that I felt compelled too. Arriving at this place I was instantly happy, there is a large open area with comfy couches, bar and great food to eat while you overlook a beautiful bushland setting. This is complete with Black-and-white colobus, sykes... More

Stils was amazing! Great staff, good food, nice atmosphere, they organize barbeques which are defenetly recommended and the feeding of the bushbabies is an extra plus! The treehouses are basic but adventurous and we enjoyed having our own balcony. toilets and showers were clean and the location is just great, between the trees and monkeys surrounding you, you got to... We loved our stay at Stilts. It is such a beautiful place and it was so fun to sleep in a treehouse. The main bar/lounge area is comfortable and bright and we spent many hours there reading and playing games with the friendly staff. The food was good (and cheap) and they have a fairly good bar. It's nice to... More

I absolutely love this place and can't recommend it enough. It's beautiful, tranquil and natural. Treehouses and cottages are available... I have stayed in both many times and this is a place I will always come back to. It's cheap, great value for money, staff are friendly, food is good, free tea and coffee in the mornings. Great location, just... More

The Treehouse is basic (not self-contained) but the verandah is beautiful located between trees. Shared bathrooms are clean. Very friendly staff. The only thing what I suggest to the owners is, to make the stairs up to the treehouse bigger (it's just a small metall ladder and slippery when wet). I was there only for one night but I really... Stilts is a super chilled place to stay. We slept in the treehouse where you really felt at one with nature, it was great. One thing we'd mention is that the steps to the house were at a bizarre angle and awkward to get up and down, and because of that it made getting to the toilets a hassle. There's... More

Hi Nha, Thanks very much for your comments and great review. Will most certainly look at a way of making the steps more navigable. The path lighting as you mention are, I think one of the most difficult problems as it does disturb the wildlife very much to have them all lit up at night. I would love to hear... More

My friend and I stayed for 6 nights and fell in love with the place. The brilliant accommodation, friendly and fun staff, nice vibe in the communal areas, clean shower blocks and walk ways all contributed to giving us an amazing and relaxing time. We were sad to leave. We were warned that the 5 minute walk to the beach... More

If you are interested in something with character, peace and yet with a fun backpackers vibe, this place is for you. Affordable, great food, monkeys at your doorstep, close to the beach and Ali Baba's cave restaurant - living in the canopy for a few days can't be beat.
