The room are great for sleeping because they are very dark and the beds were comfortable. But otherwise you can't see much of anything The decor is hideous and the garden stinks! They have planted something that smells like onions ALL THE TIME! Advertises free wi-fi but it wasn't working. The "outdoor pool" was a joke. Won't go back.

Only stayed there for a night, everything was fine until I took a bath and there was no hot water, the weather wasn't that cold but still it's something you would expect to have right? The room was quite spacious so that is great, the bad thing is room lights were pretty deem you have to use the bathroom mirror... More

Stayed here one night It's ok . Lovely gardens and the room was quiet but basic . It's fairly near the main Square so it's convenient for sightseeing . We LOVED Tequila ! Had a great meal on the roof top of a hotel overlooking the square Chulula restaurant was also great . They made guacamole at the table .... More

Really felt deceived, when searching for a hotel in Tequila, I put in the date and 2 travelers. When we got to the hotel they told me that the price I found online was for single occupancy, and there was an extra charge for double. will give it 3 stars since the guys were so helpful with luggage, getting us... Fine for a night while driving to the beach and making a stop in the fantastic little town of Tequila. The pool is quite dirty and cold, even in April, the bathrooms are in a serious needs of a makeover and the rooms (we had connecting rooms) are seriously old, dark and unpleasant. At 1310 pesos (for both rooms) I'd... More

When will this hotel understand maintenance and customer service...My check in was a disaster with uninformed receptionist and a totally "Que lastima" attitude....The room was dirty, lights did not work, air conditioner did not work etc etc....With the new Camino Real set to open, forget these crappy budget hotels....Not worth the 2 hour hassle of leaving to find another hotel... I speak Spanish fluently and have travelled extensively in Latin America (seven countries). The room was clean and comfortable. The shower worked fine and there was plenty of hot water. There is a small TV mounted high that had about 50 channels. For me, the mattress was a bit hard, but I still slept very well. The courtyard is absolutely... More

I've stayed at this property on quite a few occasions. In the past, everyone I was with always paid by cash. This visit was different as one couple in our party paid with a credit card. They recently got the bill from the credit card company and was surprised to find out they were billed for two hotel rooms. When... More

The Hotel personnel were fine, helpful, pleasant etc. But they advertise a pool...empty. They advertise a continental breakfast....cold toast and orange juice. The door to our room was extremely difficult to latch and stay closed (rm 3A). Location was good, parking was good and secure. Would I stay there again ? Yeah.

If I could live here, I would. I'm not kidding. And if I ever find my way back to tequila, I'm staying here for sure. The rooms and grounds are squeaky clean, the courtyard is a beautiful place to relax, even more so at night when it is lit up. There's free parking, a nice little bar, two small pools,... More
