After years of riding in the same spots in the Alpes (mainly the Portes du Soleil) what a find! An amazing building with a great feeling of history about it. Phil & Emma were very welcoming and the food was wonderful. Their knowledge of the area, and obvious passion for the outdoors made out stay there even better with great top tips as to where to go and what to do! Highly recommend it!! more

We spent a great few days there on our way back to the UK from Italy. The accomodation was spacious and comfortable and ours hosts, Phil and Emma looked after us really well. We stayed in this Chateau mainly so as we could ski in some of the many small resorts in the this area. If you fancy skiing in a resort, its right at the foot of Risoul anyway and only 10 or 15 minutes away. This resort connects with Vars so there's plenty to do even for the most experienced skiers.... more
