The driftwood room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom. The huge bed was exceptionally comfortable and the mini kitchen facilities were very well thought out. Only VERY minor negative was that the room was cold as the radiators had been turned off by previous occupant and room took some time to warm up due to high vaulted ceilings. The... More

We have been looking forward to eating here for quite some time. So when our friends suggested a couples night out we jumped at the chance, I have to admit we were all left feeling rather disappointed! The staff seemed friendly enough and the chap who took out order explained some unique things that they had in the menu, but... More

We always have fantastic meals here and great service. The menu is excellent with lots of choice and the chef produces some lovely dishes. The owners are always very welcoming and informative about the food they serve. Its our favourite place to go when we are in the area.

Stayed just for one night after climbing Snowdon. Booked the 'Pebble' suite and made a reservation for dinner on the same night. We were greeted with a very warm welcome by James who showed us to our room and told us to shout if we needed anything. The room was gorgeous - very spacious and well finished with a lovely... More

My partner and I came here last week for my birthday. The bar is welcoming. We considered the menu and ordered whilst relaxing on some comfy sofas. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance, but this posed no problem at all for the waiter who gave recommendations on the best items to order, and how they could be adapted. My... More

My grandfather lives locally and this is our favourite place to eat out. The food is consistently superb, I have never had a poor meal and have never heard my family stating they have. The service is also incredible, the owners are two of the nicest, most welcoming people I have encountered. By now they know my family fairly well... More

Stayed for one night. The room was gorgeous. Amazing bed and extremely comfortable. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom was beautiful. Also a lot of character to the room. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was fantastic so can't fault it and we hope to return! Thank you!

We had a really enjoyable lunch here today, it wasn't cheap, but we could have chosen differently and left with more money in our pockets had we wanted to. The food was not standard pub food, but it was very tasty and the welcome and service was first class. It is hard to pick which part of the meal stood... More
