My son and I spent three days at this hotel when visiting the nearby Nurbergring to enjoy driving a few laps of this testing circuit. We arrived late afternoon and although we hadn't made a booking we were able to get a room. The room was quite large, airy and comfortably furnished and very clean. Breakfast was included and provided... More

BMW bike stolen from the carpark overnight. Sad thing is, we were told afterwards by the staff, that the bikes could've been parked in the hotel's secure garage. Not sure why this wasn't offered to us at check-in. But it could be a good idea for the hotel to do this in future. The rooms are very tired and dated... More

One of the local hotels in the village of Nurburg that is frequented by the many visitors to the Nurburgring and Nordschleife tracks for events or tourist days. As with all the hotels in the area (with the exception of the Dorint or the Lindners) the accommodation is very basic. Its clean, comfortable and well priced, plenty of parking, a... More

We stayed for 3 nights around our booking to drive the Nordschliefe and weren't disappointed. This is a hotel for petrol heads and there were plenty of people walking around in race suits. The room we had was at the top of the building (no lift) spacious, airy with an enormous bed, easy chair, desk and enough room to swing... More

We chose the Hotel zur Burg, Nurburg, for it's close proximity to the Nurburgring race circuit. It would also be a great place to stay for sightseeing and hiking, although bear in mind that you will be able to hear the cars racing at the circuit. Very happy with the the tariff too - considering it was so close (3... More

Stopped one night as was doing the ring, it's located just 3min from the main track and shops and the nurburgring entrance so realy is good location to explore just under the Nurburg castle. The Hotel is clean and tidy very friendly staff and very reasonable, the food was in its own restaurant was simple but very good quality steak... More

When you look on TripAdvisor for this hotel and type in the correctly spelled name of the town of NURBURG you won't find it. What a difference an E can make! This Hotel is in NURBURG! Not NUERBURG! There are several towns in Germany that are so close in spelling and many visitors get confused. When planning our trip to... More

A very European family run hotel that relies on the ring for its custom. However, for a bed for the night and somewhere to have a beer and a basic, but okay meal, it's ideal. Breakfast was adequate and enough to get going for the day. The twin room we had was two separate rooms within one room, but as... More

Poor service. Basic but clean rooms. Simple restaurant with the same menu for over 10 years. Plain and simple breakfast, but avoid eggs. Good location for both the Devils Corner and pit area on the GP track. Huge and nice parking. Also plenty of room for trailers.

Stayed in room 100 named after Jackie Stewart, Room was a good size with a balcony and a view of the track. The room had a small fridge in the room and a good sized bathroom with a power shower. I found the owner and his family to be friendly and helpful. The entrance to the track is a 10... More
