A group of friends rented all avaliable 17 rooms and took over(!!) the Inn for the evening/night before New Years Eve (NYE-1) as the Inn has their own New Years Eve celebration. We gathered at various times after the 3:00 pm check-in and were graciously greeted by Innkeeper Graziella Aerni (her husband Chris is the Chef; more on that later)... More

We started out in Bass Harbor Maine stayed in St. Andrews NB, Rossmount Inn. The beauty of the wood work in the Inn was a dark wood something you seldom see. The restaurant was the best food ever. Well prepared with excellent service. Our room had antique style furniture with an excellent comfy bed. I hope to return some day.

After a ton of recommendations, I took my wife to the Rossmount for a night away and a meal. After a day downtown, we came back to check in and take a stroll on the trails on the property. The inn is charming and preserved. I hate that people call it old; this is the way an inn should be.... More

Like all grand old ladies, the Rossmount is a little tired when compared with the more modern inns we visited in the Maritimes. The room was somewhat basic without even a chest of drawers to store one's clothes. A good make over would very much improved the facilities. However this is amply offset by the quality of restaurant. Dinner was... More

Due to travel delays, we arrived at the Rossmount Inn near 9:00 pm. Even though it was dark out, we could tell that this was an awesome building. Tired and hungry, we were pleasantly greeted by the front desk. We figured that their restaurant was closing soon, so I asked if there was somewhere near that we could grab a... More

We had driven past the Rossmount on a few occasions on our way to St. Andrews and it always looked interesting. Our booking included dinner and breakfast. The attention to detail is second to none. We loved the antiques and artwork. The bar is well stocked and has a good variety of Scotch. Dinner was fabulous. The only other that... More

We went there for a night, dinner and breakfast included. It is a charming and beautiful inn with woodwork and artistic details that for the most part compliment everything (We both thought the rather modern painting of a fish in our room in bright pinks and reds contrasted too harshly with the more antique layout) The Bed was amazing and... Before you book a room, make sure you have a dinner reservation for every night you'll be staying. This is a restaurant you do not want to miss whether your visit is to St. Andrews, or New Brunswick, or the Eastern Seaboard. Or maybe from even a much wider area. And believe me, you will feel badly as you leave... More

This is a stylish Victorian villa set back from the road up a long private drive. We had a lovely bright double aspect room overlooking the front of the Inn. The owners are wonderfully friendly & were extremely helpful in tracking down our errant travel documentation. Unfortunately too late to book a meal in house, their restaurant’s reputation means that... More

A lovely Inn, a wonderful dining experience but a tough hike up 3 flights of stairs - and hauling your own luggage, Elevators - none. Dumb Waiters - none Bell hops - none. The only help available was that the lady at the front desk offered to help us. The trip down the stairs was equally tough. It is very... More
