Our room was very warm & stuffy. The size of the bed was good but the pillows were uncomfortable and the duvet far too warm for the room. The bathroom was ok but the water pressure was very low. The breakfast was awful, the only free table was dirty and we had to clear it ourselves. The food frequently ran... More

I've stayed at this Travelodge previously, and since then it has been ungraded. On the plus side is the £5 24hr parking, considering its £7 for Kew Gardens (which is in walking distance) it's good value for money. We were able to walk to Ask Pizza place across the bridge in 10 mins so no need for a car for... More

Friendly staff doing their best in a hotel run by accountants. Entrance stinks of smokers. Check-in machines do not work. Curtains in the room fell off when I tried to open them. Extractor fan in bathroom did not work. There was no hairdryer and one could not be found by staff. Vile smelling detergent instead of soap and shampoo. Breakfast... More

Generally good hotel but the single beds in the family rooms are extremely uncomfortable - this spoiled our stay a bit. The double bed is fine. Except for that and the restaurant which didn't serve the best catering and overpriced softdrinks, it is a great hotel and very good value for money. Positive: rooms spacious and clean with everything you... More

We stayed as a family group, and had 3 family rooms between us. They arranged for us to have 3 adjacent (but not adjoining rooms). We were really impressed, the rooms have clearly been updated to a good standard, comfy beds, good bedding, large bathrooms (ours all had bath with over head shower) and adequate storage. Standard tv is included,... More

Stayed at Kew Bridge with my family for a 3 night London break. There's no air con in the rooms which was badly missed as the nights were very humid. A fan is provided and single put up beds in our family room were very uncomfortable. Location is good, from the nearby rail station London Waterloo is just less than... More

Perfectly located for a visit to Kew and easy to get to from the M25 and M3. Our room was over the front entrance, so there was some noise disturbance from people going in and out (though it's not he fault of the hotel if their guests feel they have to shout all their conversations!). The room was also very... More

Great location. On arrival reception welcome and efficiency of check in excellent. Room OK but it was a hot weekend and NO air conditioning. As we were late getting in we decided to eat in the cafe/bar. Service very poor and staff sullen. Long wait at the bar due to lack of staff. Long wait for anyone to take an... More
