I am so glad that the Hotel still remains open. I have visited the Playa Blanca Hotel (formerly the Barcelo) 9 times....I return again and again because of the wonderful staff. We have been to Cayo Largo minimum 12 times in the past 9 years. We have tried almost every hotel but since 5 years now we have always been at Barcelo(Playa Blanca).
