Had a wonderful stay with Angie and Martin. The room was cosy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast to divine. Both Angie and Martin are extremely friendly and helpful and gave us loads of information about the area. We were travelling on to Blenheim and Martin told us the best road to take - through the lovely Motueka valley. This is a... More

Positive : One of the warmest welcome ! The lady was so charming, she helped us in every possible way, offering blankets and stuff to picnic. Cosy room with books left by others, nice bathroom. Very charming place in general. --- Negative : Breakfast was very nice (fruits and cereals, mostly), but... but with tiny worms in raspberries... :/ Room... More

Three of us stayed here; two were completing the entire loop of the Taste Tasman Bike Trail; and one had arrived in Kaiteriteri via ferry from Nelson, and walked the 1.5 km up to Maison Luc. Easy to find, very welcoming, relaxing comfortable rooms, and a stunning yummy breakfast served on their deck. Angie served her own home grown and... More

We had 2 nights at this place and the stay was too short. Angie gave us a very warm welcome so that we felt at home right from the start. The room was tidy and furnished with passion, even a bag for beach picknicks was supplied. You can sit outside in a very quiet surrounding with many plants and blossoms.... More

Angie and Martin and great hosts They are both so friendly and helpful. They are a pleasure to sit and chat with after a day in Abel Tasman. We loved our stay at Maison Luc. Angie makes the BEST breakfasts! I can't recommend it enough.

I must agree with all the other reviews that both Angie and Martin give the warmest of welcomes to their guests. There is the thoughtful provision of a picnic bag in the room for the use of guests which few other places offer. The house is a little distance from restaurants so we did not fancy walking on the road... More

I felt so welcomed when I arrived, they had a chalkboard with my name on it welcoming me! This was a cute little place which was perfect for me. It was about a 15 min walk down to Kaiteriteri beach and I was able to have a great dinner overlooking the ocean and amazing sunset. It was so nice to... More

We stayed here for a night. The room is part of Angie and Marty's house, very clean and quiet, with lovely views of the area. With very friendly and hospitable hosts, and the breakfast on the terrace (with amazing views) was the best we've had throughout our 2-week trip around New Zealand. Nothing beats home cooked/baked breakfast!
