As my sister and I expected another wonderful holiday at Mablethorpe made more enjoyable by our excellent stay at the Aura. We cannot fault this guest house, and Richard and Alison couldn't have made us more welcome. They are a lovely couple and we hope to see them many more times, and keep their friendship for a long time. Good... More

Have recently returned from our first-ever stay at the Aura, though we have often admired the exterior of the building on previous visits to Mablethorpe. Richard and Alison are very homely and do their best to make clients feel at ease. The rooms (we had number 6) are a tad small, IMO, but well-equipped. The food is excellently-prepared and presented... More

Stayed at the Aura for 2 nights, was comfortable and clean, Richard and Alison the owners were very friendly, breakfast is between 8-9 and your suppose to be out your room for 10am so it can be cleaned but ours was done while we were at breakfast. It's mainly for couples there's no children or pets which is what we... More

This was our 4th stay at the Aura visiting family in the area. The B&B is located in the best position in my opinion. You are close to the little park with boating, putting green and kids train ride plus a stones throw from the beach and promendade. It is also located close to the centre of the town but... More

Thank you Richard and Alison for your warm welcome on our first stay at the AURA, our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed your hospitality. You are a laugh a minute which made us feel at home. It was lovely to have a nice clean bright room, lovely food and we felt very relaxed, what more could we want. We... More

Well that's another holiday over for my sister and I staying with Richard and Alison and we were not disappointed. Again we had an excellent time. Richard and Alison made our stay very enjoyable so much so we stayed an extra couple of days. Again the accommodation was very comfortable and extremely clean. My wife and I have just returned from our 6th stay at the Aura Guest House in Mablethorpe . The room was immaculate as usual with plenty of tea and coffee etc . Alison and Richard are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is exceptional and sets you up for the day. Another reason to chose the Aura is the... More

We stayed for two nights this week and from walking in to leaving we had no complaints. Alison and Richard were very friendly and welcoming. It was great to see somewhere that offered a stairlift (not that we need it yet). The room was well presented, absolutely spotless and literally a stone's throw from the sea front. We slept like...
