We booked through a luxury vacation agent, or so we thought. The pictures of the property was amazing! Of course we did not expect it to be a five star, but a comfy well manager place. There were as usual various rewievs to read about this place, so we arrived with an open mind. The resort is situated in beautiful... More

On arrival you are wowed and then you start seeing the detail (or lack of it) Some examples are: swimming pools that are to cold to swim in, wardrobe doors that are unfinished and fall off the runners, toilet flush that is broken and falls off the wall, no locks or broken locks on bathroom doors. No hand rails which... More

We are currently staying at this establishment. On arrival we received a warm welcome and given details as to the location of our 2 bedroom house. No problems there. The development looks like an old-fashioned terrace development, streets and streets of little houses but very close together. On walking through the door we were impressed by the nice neutral décor... More

Nice location if you prefer to stay away from city traffic and noise. This hotel is actually a building complex with dozens of small multi-unit houses. It feels more like a military camp than a hotel. THE GOOD: Our room had a complete kitchen, sofa-bed, TV, and half-bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor there was the bedroom... More

Les Jardins is a top-of-the-range resort for people who are interested in getting a genuine taste of rural France, and it is the combination of these two that makes it so appealing. The accommodation is excellent, the buildings are tastefully designed to fit in with the countryside and there is an excellent pool and restaurant on site. It great for... More

I have been to Les Jardins twice now - once when the resort had just opened and once again in the summer. This place just keeps getting better and better! It's a lovely resort with great activities for kids, including swimming, table tennis, boules and tennis. The spa is top class and it's great to have the option of an... More

We have holidayed at this resort for the past 4 years as owners and it is an excellent location. A superb and quiet resort ideally suited to families. It is also an excellent base to explore this haven of French Culture with Carcassonne, Lagrasse and Narbonne as ideal day trips. Food was great and there are excellent markets in the... More

We enjoyed a fantastic Christmas at this resort, Beautiful houses, beautiful spa and great food in the restaurant. We could not fault it for a relaxing family holiday out of season. The staff in the reception are exceptionally helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They also speal excellent English.

I'd to start off by saying that I'm English but I live in France, and not that far from the hotel that I am reviewing. The spa complex looks really very nice on their website, and suited myself, a friend and her 12 y/o son, for a few hours of relaxation in their amenities. My friend had phoned them in... More
