stayed for 2 nights, arrived early but were allowed to check in an hour early very friendly staff was shown to our room on check in by a very nice friendly cheerful girl. great twin room with on suite bathroom great hot water heating costantly on which was needed becouse very frosty evenings excellent food both breakfast and dinner

We found the place well run by friendly, helpful and pleasent people, in particular Darren and Stuart. The food was execellent, the real ale was just right, and the service was very good. The overall value was excellent, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anybody.
