Stayed at Old Brick Guesthouse for two nights after reading traveller reviews, thinking it wouldn't be as good as the reviews say, but we were not disappointed! Firstly, a great location near to real ale pubs - a must when we stay somewhere! We stayed in Oak room which was a good size and quiet, and the large bed was... More

Rosie and Norm were very helpful and made our walking holiday so much easier by organising the dial a ride service and booking our evening meals in the town. The breakfasts were excellent and the rooms were very comfortable.

very very good place to stay, huge bed in the Oak room is best most comfy bed we have slept in so far on our travels. Lovely landlady, very chatty in the morning over breakfast that will set you up for the day. Very clean, will definitely return if in the area again!

The Old Brick house is a lovely place to stay. Its very quiet but within easy walking distance to the wonderful pubs of Bishops Castle. There is off road parking at the back of the B&B. The B&B is very walker friendly and there are some drying facilities for boots and other wet clothes. We stayed in the Ash bedroom... More

A really nice clean, warm room, with TV, tea making facilites and an en-suite shower room. The owners had gone to a lot of trouble to create a pleasant yet professional atmosphere. Good location in the town center, with close proximity to a host of pubs and restaurants and local shopping facilities. A beautiful, appetizing breakfast finished the visit. Leaving... More

Came over from the USA for a wedding, and stayed here four nights - son, daughter-in-law, one year old grandson and I had the family "suite" - two connecting bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Hosts Rosie and Norm could not have been more friendly and accommodating - great breakfasts, anything special we needed for the one year old they sorted... More

Just home from a lovely stay at the Old Brick Guest House. We have two very small children and they loved sharing their own room, right next to ours. The veggie breakfasts were lovely, something that's hard to find! And the beds were really comfy. Our hosts were very accomodating and friendly. The small town has lots of cafes, a... More

We stayed two nights here - the room (called Oak) was lovely - very spacious and comfortable. Our window faced onto the street, but it was very quiet. This B&B comes highly recommended and was much nicer than several more expensive B&Bs we've stayed in.

We arrived in Bishops Castle in the pouring rain and pulled off the road into a garage so we could phone one of the B & B's I had listed from the Internet before leaving home. We decided that because of the weather we should opt for something central so called the OLD BRICK GUESTHOUSE. They said that they could... More
