We spent one night at the Old Brick and loved it. Our room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. Wifi is included in the cost and we had a strong signal throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good. I would go back.

Stayed here as part of a group outing, it is an excellent location, breakfast was outstanding with a nice choice for vegetarians. We were made to feel very much at home and would definitely go back. Family is room was nicely laid out and we slept really well

Back to stay in this delightful guest house. Made to feel very welcome again & the breakfast was once again top notch with home made bread & marmalade. Will be going back to visit again, that's for sure.

Good location in town with free parking at B&B or plenty of free parking on street. Courteous welcome by Rosie and shown good sized room at front of building. Very clean if slightly tired décor in room and bathroom. However good comfortable beds with amazingly quiet main street outside. Good tea/coffee facilities in room (hubby missed biscuits though!). Bathroom had... More

We spent one night here and were pleased with our choice. We were allocated the family suite although there was only two of us. It has a double bed and two singles in an adjoining room. We found it to be clean and comfortable. I dislike unnecessary ornaments etc (dust gatherers) and quilts on the bed on top of the... More

We (myself and my elderly parents) intended to stay here and were told that we could have a room, the proprietors were not friendly but as there was nowhere else free we decided to stay. When we came back later we were informed that we couldn't stay there for no reason! Other than we can only presume they didn't like... More

It seems that what we have here is a classic case of the tail wagging the dog. You may not be aware that as a B&B, effectively inviting strangers into our home, we are not obliged to take all comers. These days with the rapid rise of internet usage from mobile devices it is very unusual for travellers to rely... More

We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here. The owners are lovely and will go out of their way to give you a comfortable stay. We stayed at many places during this trip and this is one of the best. Very welcoming for cyclists.

Three of us were taken in at the last minute for a one night stay. We were welcomed warmly by Rosie. Our room was delightful, faced onto the road. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. Susan & co

Clean, comfortable, convenient, welcoming and excellent value for money. The property was perfectly suited to the area and owners could not have been more helpful. Would definitely use again if back in this area and would not hesitate to recommend.
