This was a return visit to the Mount Haven Hotel having visited a couple of years ago. This time my daughter and I visited. We had a lovely, comfortable, cosy room although with no sea view but this did not distract from our visit. We booked a couple of treatments each and the therapists were ready for us on arrival,... End of holiday celebration family meal in August was a delight, the menu had something for everyone, the service was charming and the food great. Relaxed atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly come again. The location made this a lovely spot to stay as a special treat in the future.

Stayed 3 nights in the SUPERKING PATIO / GARDEN ROOM The room was very clean , well appointed BUT the noise would have been an issue if we both did not have ear plugs ( always travel with them) The room is downstairs next to the wash/ scullery room and kitchen and it was nosiey from there . Also you... More

Cannot fault this hotel and restaurant. We booked for two nights, ended up staying three. Spectacular view of St. Michael's Mount from our balcony. Warm, comfortable cosy room. All quality toiletries. Staff were totally enthusiastic and genuinely helpful. Ample parking and free wi-fi. Restaurant top quality. If I go on any more I will never be able to get a room... More

We stayed for two nights, and after a long drive were greeted most amiably at reception and shown to our rooms with complimentary coffees on the terrace - a nice touch. All staff were most friendly and we liked the more casual atmosphere, unlike corporate hotels. The views on the terrace bar are beautiful and the mood very relaxing. We... More

if you want to spoil yourself and your partner pay a visit to Mount Haven! the views over St Michael's Mount are wonderful, the food fantastic, the staff team wonderfully caring and helpful and you can even treat yourself to a massage or complementary therapy while you're there. It's not the easiest place to find, but persevere - it's worth... More

The Hotel advises that this is the ugliest hotel in Cornwall which from the outside is probably true but on the inside it is totally the reverse. This is a hotel that is definately value for money based on the wonderful views from you bedroom window, the wonderfully attentive staff and it's superb restaurant. The only shame was the weather... I stayed here with my mother and poorly Gran, they literally couldn't have done enough for us, it has the perfect amount of friendly, is luxurious and every meal was fantastic. For more info and pics please see my blog about it here. http://ashliesugarrushed.blogspot.co.uk/2014/09/are-you-alive.html

Blink and you'll miss it! The Mount haven Hotel in Marazion is hidden from view due to its position in the lie of the land, so look out for the signs. At the far end of the village (if you were coming from Penzance) the hotel is tucked into the landscape with beautiful views of Mounts Bay and, in particular,... More

Stayed here in June 2014 with another couple. The hotel looks like a 1970's flat roof box from the outside but don't let that put you off, the welcome you get more than makes up for it. We were lucky enough to have the most fantastic weather and take advantage of the stunning views over dinner which was served outside... More
