This hotel has seen better days, but altogether the atmosphere is pleasant, the desk is well manned and everybody is nice and friendly. The coffee shop offers a good selection, the breakfast does not offer a big selection, but it was sufficient for me. The bathrooms are OK. The carpet in the rom was not perfectly clean, but I could... More

This hotel is old and expensive. The worst is their wifi, it depend which room you are getting, most of the room cannot connect to wifi, so those using smart phone or iPad have to go to lobby and use. Only thing is still good, they provide a free airport transfer and for business traveller, they provide a free transport... More

Hotel location is great, very near to the riverside where you can bike around in the morning or in the afternoon. Rooms are OK, western standard. You can even request for a Korean style bedroom. Even if the hotel seems scary at first, you'll feel very at home after the first night. plenty of english channels. Staff members are very... More

Good things - nice comfortable room with an ok sized bathroom. Water boiler with coffee and teas available as well as an adequate minibar. A very high-tech washing-and-blowdrying toilet. They've been around for a while, but I never expected to find one in a hotel. Good water pressure in the shower. From room 701, I had quite a nice view,... More

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at the Dongbang after both times visiting for the Lantern Festival during the first week of October. On our first visit we were fortunate enough to have a higher floor room with a central view of the festival site. This time we were not so fortunate! The room was... More

The hotel is very old. Room is small and expensive. The location is near to the shopping area, need to walk around 15 minutes. This hotel rate does not include breakfast, so please take note. Only thing good for this hotel, free shuttle bus from / to airport and the company you want to visit during the day time

Hotel is probably the most agreeable western hotel in the area. Want a double bed? Sorry cant help you - but they will offer you two single beds pushed together! Clean hotel, attentive staff but the primary failing with this hotel is that they turn the AC off at night (but still charge you for the room WITH AC!). My... More

The hotel was booked for me and I suspect the organisers thought I would prefer a western style hotel. It tried to hard to be western, and not hard enough to be good. Rather expensive for a standard business traveller and the food was only average. I'm sure there must be better Korean style hotels in Jinju which would better.
