Houses we rented were beautiful, rustic, well kept homes and very clean. Sylvia was very helpful, accommodating and very friendly. Love the scenery and beaches, around the area, it's a great relaxing place for anyone. Highly recommended!

Our group wanted to escape from the hustles and bustles of the city... Adegas do Pico was our answer. The rustic stone cottages were very clean, spacious and amenities within were modern. Surrounding views were peaceful and awesome. Walks in the neighborhood was safe. Sylvia was a very friendly and helpful host. She was 'within reach' (quick email/phone responses) from... More

I stayed in the Montanha house together with my mother and a friend. We had an awesome time. The view is stunning and the house very neat and cosy. We had a warm welcome by the staff Jose and Maria who were very helpful, friendly and professional. It was definitely not my last time on Pico. If somebody is looking... More

The most authentic and charming place we stayed during our trip to four of the nine Azores Islands. They were so accommodating and helped us book a Jeep tour with an English-speaking guide that made our stay on Pico standout.

This is the best place on earth to recharge your batteries. SO peaceful with the waves gently rolling onto the rocks beneath the cottage. We spent hours just sitting on the patio watching the seabirds, especially at dusk as the Coreys shearwaters came to roost onland with their weird noises and the lights came on over the water on Failal.... Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your comments and for such a illustrative description of the Spring time in Pico. It is indeed a wonderful time of the year to see the blue whales and the blooming hydrangeas. Best regards, José M. More

Small little home but nicely laid out with amenities. Meant for no more than two people. The staff were fantastic and especially a young gentleman by the name of José Maia whowent out if his way to assist me while I was there. I highly recommend this establishment.

Just back from wonderful trip to Azores, including 3 nights in Casa do Farol. We loved this little house & felt very at home there. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs and rooms a little dark but the upstairs living area/kitchen is lovely & we spent most time sitting on the balcony looking out at the sea. The cottages are not... More

With only books and trip advisor to guide us, we (two couples) chose Adegas do Pico as our home for our first experience in the Azores---and we made a great choice. Our cottage (Bananerias) was wonderful--two fine bedrooms, a view worth millions of dollars, a kitchen with everything we could need for a short stay, a good sized living/dining room,... More

We booked late and couldn't get three nights in one house, so we stayed one night in Casa do Farol and two nights in Casa do Misterio. We liked Casa do Misterio better than Casa do Farol: it's high on a hill with a beautiful view over Sao Jorge, and the house is bigger, nicer and airier. Casa do Farol... More

Dear D. and P. W., Lovely to hear from you! We had such a great time meeting you two. It is good to know you took good memories and photos from our island. Lets hope Pico wine arrives to the US soon.
