We recently returned from a week-long vacation at the Cabo Pulmo Eco Palapas and had a fantastic time. We traveled with some close friends and stayed in the Eagle’s Nest unit, which gave us enough room and privacy to enjoy ourselves (we’ve taken many trips together so it’s all relative). The vantage point from the unit really can’t be beat... More

If you want to experience miles of unspoiled beaches and natural wonders, stay here. It's definitely rustic but quite clean. The view from the Eagle's Nest is amazing. The wildlife is plentiful. I kayaked in the middle of a pod of bottlenose dolphin. We saw whales and sharks. We went snorkeling at the Cabo Pulmo Marine Park which was fantastic... More

I will start by saying that Bill's accommodations are beach-hut rustic with all the modern conveniences you need to have an excellent self-sufficient adventure vacation. Which is exactly what we were looking for. There was running water (hot and cold) flushing toilets, electrical outlets... just make sure to use them before the sun goes down as they are solar! Candlelight... More

Eco Palaca was a great place for my wife and I to stop by as part of our honeymoon and enjoy the beatiful beach scenary from Baja. The hotel and ammenities provide you with all you need for a calm and pleasant stay at Cabo Pulmo. Bill and his crew were great. Many thanks!

We stayed at the Eagles Nest and the information on the webs is misleading. The Eagles Nest does have a great view, but it sits on top of Bill's residence and the group kitchen. If privacy is what you want, this is not the place for you. The location is nice, but we also found the Nest in poor repair... More

My husband and I were looking for a romantic getaway, and Cabo Pulmo Eco Palapas was everything we could have dreamed of and more! It was very affordable (I'm a grad student!) and so, so beautiful. We walked on the beach outside our door for miles and only saw one person, once, and the stars each night were amazing-i didn't... More

Bill is a very nice man that answered all my emails quickly with information I requested. My family of 5 decided to rent the main "Papagallo" home for 3 nights. We did not expect luxury. We researched his website, trip advisor, and vacation rental by owner throughly prior to our Baja trip. We chose the Papagallo for the beach, the... More

Your beach is Las Barracas, a quiet beach wholly within the Cabo Pulmo National Park with few footsteps and no public vehicle traffic. The climate is close to perfect(340 days of sun) and makes for most comfortable indoor/outdoor living. You live on the sand dunes with the ocean breeze. Neighbors are few and none are within 1/2 mile. The village of Cabo Pulmo is three miles further south with resturants, dive shops and pangas for fishing, snorkeling and touring. Here is one of the few places you can fish from the beach in the Park.
