My son and his wife and child stayed in the large suite which was perfect for that; couldn't recommend it more. It was clean, spacious and had beautiful views of the river. I stayed in a small but very comfortable room in the upstairs house. The breakfast served is a true, proper English breakfast and that was nice. Robin is... More

All the previous reviews are 100% accurate. Robyn is a consummate and very genial host. Enormous attention to detail and superb breakfast that will set anyone up for the day. It is not far to walk to Grassington but we elected to drive to Linton to The Fountaine Inn for our evening meal. You will not be disappointed. We stayed... More

A lovely three days in Yorkshire with a great accommodation, beautiful views down the river with Kingfishers spotted in full flight. Many pubs to visit locally for dinner which really is all that is needed after Robyn's breakfast, but who can say no to morning and afternoon tea on the Yorkshire dales, lovely and entertaining fellow guests to share tales... We were lucky to stay at this lovely B and B this week for a holiday and fishing trip. What a great location for walking shopping... and of course a fish or two!!! We met some lovely people over breakfast and will definately return in the future. Thanks to our lovely host.

We went for a short break in the side cottage/ self catering with breakfast , the place was clean well equipped . The man there was so helpful couldn't do enough for us he even picked us up from Bolton abbey farm which I am so grateful for. My children and I enjoyed it so much from the breakfast to... More

We went to this B and B in March 15 for a relaxing birthday treat. We have been before , and know what to expect. Everything was as it was last time we stay here. It's a short walk to Grassington Village, although its up hill on the way there. There is a communal breakfast with all the other guests,... More

I've been several times before to this wonderful B&B but brought my partner for the winter warmer break. Bridge End Farm is in a perfect setting; so comfortable and friendly and we both enjoyed the peace and quiet and walks along the river. Grassington is 10 minutes walk, with its pubs and little shops and is well worth a visit... More

We travel extensively abroad and in the UK, but always love our visits to this B & B. We love its location, its peacefulness, the character and comfort. We have visited at all times of the year, and always thoroughly enjoy it. Christmas is particularly good, as the house is so well decorated. We always appreciate the refreshments offered on... More

Thanks very much for the positive review and it is good to know that our efforts have been appreciated. Just to point out that you were in our Chaffinch room (not Kingfisher) which is very popular at this time of year as the room opens onto the lounge where we have a log fire in the evenings. We look forward... More

We recently stayed at what appeared to be a charming B&B, however our stay was ruined by a hostess resembling Kathy Bates character in Misery (Stephen King). I was quietly doing a jigsaw puzzle by the fire, when this banshee stormed in and promptly told me it was "Bedtime" (are you kidding???) and switched the light off leaving me in... More

First of all I should apologise to the guests involved on this occasion, as my behaviour was definitely out of order. We are a small bed and breakfast operating in the budget end of the local market, but offer a beautiful house in a lovely setting. Like all individual properties, it is not to everyone's taste, and we can not... More
