The view from the balcony was nice, we had room in main building. But I have to say the bathroom was from 90´s and it was not so clean. There was also chewing gum under the tableboard, next to bed.. Breakfast was quite good and also service. They really need to do some renovations there!

Had 2-room apartment far far away the main building. There was a connection "tube" so didn't have to walk outside. Kids loved to walk from apartment to spa and back several times but for adults it was quite long way to walk. Our rooms were good, no complaining for that even they had seen their best days years ago.. Spa... More

This was my second time staying at this spa. We were here for four nights and I had a change to try out the different services of the spa. Pros: - Big gym - Free instructed exercises like Pump, Core, etc. - Good food Cons: - Old, terrible rooms. I think there was mold at the room. - The spa... More

Actually stayed here for New Years.. we stayed in one of the family cabins about 800 meters from the main building and did self catering for the most part.. cabins were fine, typical holiday cabins in Finland - basic, functional and decent size. good fun if you haven't done this before at least :-) But in terms of expectations you... I totally agree with those saying that hotel rooms are outdated but still, the rooms are clean. One minus is also that all the services (restaurants, bars etc.) are located in the main building, called Maininki, so that you have to take a walk to get even a cup of coffee!

Hotel rooms are a bit outdated partly (statyed in Kylpylähotelli), but yet I can recommend this spa on the whole. There are plenty of things to do and different kinds of activities, inside and outside. Especially for little children, this spa is great since there is a really nice area for them at the spa, but also for teenagers and... More

I spent five nights here participating a fitnes program. Our group was accomodated in the Ikaalia building which is about 200 meters from the main building. Our fitness course started at 11 am, so I checked in at that time. At reception I was told that my room is not ready yet. As our first day's program lasted until 4... More

First time in this destination. We selected a room with own kitchenette, about 200 meters from the main building where the spa was located. The room was worn, beds were goog. There were no safe in the room. Course to the main building went through the gateways which was a good idea. The spa area was great especially for the... More

Stayed for one night. In my opinion this place should not call itself as an spa. Pools were just ok. In addition they also have bowling alley and live shows every evening. Room was a disappointment. Size was ok but otherwise there were nothing to praise and the bathroom was small. It took few minutes to walk to the room... More

Nice family trip "2 nights". Facilities are little worn but our room in "Termia" building was renovated and was equipped with small kitchen ic. micro-wave. Hotel area has great outdoor surroundings with beautiful lake wievs. We ate luch once and quality was very average. Breakfast is within normal standards. "Ti-Ti nalle" house and decent pools and great outdoors makes this... More
