An unassuming B&B in a quiet street. Our hosts were welcoming (if a little high strung). The room was small but well appointed with little extras not found in most B&Bs (or hotels). The kids are a little noisy, but settled down to bed early in the evening.Fabulous breakfast topped off a good night's sleep. More

Just back from a lovely 3 night stay at rooms @ 25 in pittenweam. Michael and Mags are friendly and very helpful - they lent us a map for some cycling and made helpful suggestions for some routes. The breakfasts were delicious with smoothies and homemade pancakes, along with high quality cooked breakfasts. We would definitely stay again at this... More

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Michael and Mags are great hosts. They text us earlier in the day to say that they would be out for a couple of hours, which was no trouble for us. The room was beautifully decorated with all facilites. Informative file in room with local attractions. Was lovely to meet... More

This was truly the best B&B i have even had the pleasure to stay in. The room was fitted out with all the mod cons - The bathroom was stocked out with more than my house's bathroom. Ear buds, Cotton wool, Hairband for applying makeup - honestly everything you ever need!! The room was decorated gorgeously and the homely touches... More

We spent a very comfortable night. The owners obviously have an eye for detail (a couple of seashell chocs tied with red ribbon, teddy on the bed, dressing gowns, quantities of cushions) in addition to providing a range of tea, coffee, biscuits, water, good quality toiletries, clock radio, etc. It's homely rather than corporate (don't go if you can't live... Very nice place to stay! Easy to book before the trip. Good communication. We stayed here in July 2011 for one night. We met nice people and lovely hosts. Really good food was offered for breakfast. Additionally we got very helpful information for our tour! Well worth the money!!! We will definitely come back next time! More

We had two nights here and had a lovely time. The couple who run it are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and very laid back. We would recommend a stay here again. The two rooms at the front of the house are the larger ones which would accomodate a family. More

What a find! From the booking process right through to checkout this was a great experience. The hosts are welcoming and friendly - but nontheless efficient. Our room was beautifully appointed, complete with well-stocked hospitality tray. The bed and other furniture were comfortable, resulting in a good night's sleep. Incidentally, all three rooms are on the ground floor, which saves... More
