The place is comfortable with stunning views but no electricity in the day time. Wifi is very poor and there were lots of mosquitoes. However, if you are looking for a peaceful place, with comfortable accommodations this is a great choice. The staff are very nice and honest, the tours are available everyday if weather permits. The traditional home cooking... More

We stayed at Balinsasayaw in May and loved it. The food was amazing and plentiful. We had a great guide called Dianna who took us to Coron Island for a day trip. She got us there before all the other boats and the place is a must to see. It is every bit as amazing as I had first seen... More

From the airport pick up, the boat ride to the Island- everything went really great! Coming from the port town , you'd be amazed to see the Coron Island itself going to Balinsasayaw- and you'd be more amazed when you realize that The Coron Island itself would be your everyday view from Balinsasayaw!!! We were welcomed with cool refreshing drinks... More

I can't call it a Resort but a Lodge , if you can live with 1000s of lizards go there , if you can live without power supply from 7:30am till 5:30pm go there , management surprised us as soon as we arrived that they'll transfer us for our last night as they'll have a big group coming in although... with its haunting view of coron island, the location can be lovely. there is so much potential for success here, but it took one wedding hosted at the resort for the quiet island seclusion to be shattered, and operations, overwhelmed. the staff was truly sweet, as was the string of apologies offered for one mishap after another (when your email... If you're seeking a quiet secluded place to stay in Coron then this is the resort for you. The place offers comfortable living amenities with a spectacular view of the islands. Perfect for couples and those who just want to get away from the noisy hustle and bustle of life. Do not expect modern day urban amenities here like TV... More

Stayed at the resort for Christmas week. Highly recommended for families. We were in the family bungalow which had two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Excellent service. Our flight was delayed - as was all flights getting out of Manila because of the holiday - but our shuttle was waiting for us at the airport as was our boat for... More

Not the easiest name to pronounce but a great spot for island hopping as it sits on Uson island, directly opposite Coron bay. The native huts are well appointed with good views of the beach and the house reef has some of the best coral we saw during our stay, right on your doorstep. The only downside was the food,... More

We visited the place a few months after it was ravaged by Yolanda last year, we were originally going to spend the days after Christmas and go back to Manila for New Year but due to a flight cancellation by Skyjet (we were informed 2 days before the flight!), we had to move our trip to around New Year because... Our experience of Coron's intriguing and untouched beauty was complemented by the serenity and peace provided by the resort with its raw and unpretentious simplicity and pleasant staff. A few points to consider: 1. No electricity? No problem. The potential problem of no electricity during the day was buffered by the cool breeze of which can be freely availed in... More
