We had dinner here with two locals. The hotel looks fairly uninspiring from the outside, but it's a bit like the Tardis, much more interesting on the inside. There are several areas for guests but we ate in the main dining room, which is decorated in a quirky style, a bit like your great aunt's sitting room crossed with a... More

We visited here and took some friends along too. The staff are always obliging and we drank in the bar.The owner is a nice guy and as I am considering living in the area, I asked a few questions which he happily answered. If you want a snack type food or a meal, this is a great place to eat.... More

This hotel is such a hidden gem. The decor reminds me of visiting grandparents when u were a kid. So many interesting rooms and places to eat within its many rooms, we look forward to staying there in the future as the accommodation looks amazing. Great live music! We live in Melbourne and have a weekender near Lyonville. This place is one of the best things about the area. Every time we go there we meet new people or friends we've made in the area. The vibe is so convivial as everyone is in a good mood, pleased about themselves being in this little gem for the evening.... More

Actually the Radio Springs Hotel's fame is spreading far and wide, and for good reason. It's a quirky place with a great menu and staff who are always by your elbow ready to help. Our foursome loved the mini prawns, pork and fennel bangers, zucchini fritters and pork belly and we all opted for dessert. Next to us a birthday... More

Thursday night Thai dining, WOW. Have visitors from Sydney, decided to go on an adventure. Ended up at the Centre of the Universe, Lyonville. Just over an hours drive from Melb CBD. Hosts Ken and Jacqui are fantastic. Best Thai food outside a capital city. Open Thurs thru Sunday, free parking, live music and friendly folk. Service was amazing, check... More

What a place! The centre of the universe indeed! Kitsch, cosy and just like home. I have never felt so welcome anywhere. From the minute you walk in the door you feel like part of a family. This old style pub is small, the bar is tiny, and oh so cosy. The food is great from a small but very... More

Was recommended this Hotel, so took a chance to attend for lunch for two on the AFL Granfd Final, what a bonus, no TV nor mobile phone reception. Shown to a table right in front of the cosy fire, the dining room was buzzing and the waiting staff were more than happy to spend time recommending a local wine or... More

Radio Springs Hotel is our “bolt hole”. With very limited phone reception and no televisions to intrude, this is truly a place to escape. We know when we go there, we can tour around the area or enjoy lounging in the red room in front of the fire, with a book from the hundreds provided for you to read. You... More
