My wife and I stayed at this unique hotel for one night on Saturday 23rd August, 2014. The hotel is set in spacious grounds in the centre of the small, sleepy village of Grezes, a 15 minute drive west of Figeac, in Parc Naturel des Causses du Quercy. A haven of rural peace and quiet, developed around a large, former... More

We are fortunate to own a property near the Hotel. During a recent three week visit we ate three times in the Grezalide restaurant, enjoying excellent evenings as usual. We have sampled all aspects of the menu, the different menus (including vegetarian), à la carte and the evening's set menu. We appreciate the local food and the quality of what... More

Have travelled and stayed in France for many years at small and large hotels and am well aware of what to expect for the price. The 'setting' is very peaceful and the building historic but there I am afraid our expectations of a memorably holiday ended. The food was some of the worst I have experienced in France, especially for... More

We're sadly to read your comments and sorry you think that. Just some modifications in your terms, please. The saussage was with foie gras and aligot, beans are a wonderful cassoulet .. I think you don't understand than you booked your stay in half-board and you don't have choice because it's a different menu every day. If you said something, of... More

We stayed two nights here as the first part of a trip to the southwest part of France. The owners Karine and Bruno were both wonderful hosts (Karine is also a superb chef!) We stayed in the Dali room and enjoyed the concept of each room being decorated and named after an artist. Local art is displayed elsewhere in the... More

There are so many good things to say about this hotel...First of all, the owners: Karine et Bruno whom charmingly and indefatigably host their guests in this wonderful old mansion and make them feel at home. The location: right on the Causse in an authentic tiny village far away from the tour buses of Rocamadour but close to the main... More

This little inn in the quiet countryside is a real gem. Each of the rooms is named for a different artist, and decorated with their art. It is not pretentious, however. The rooms are comfortable and clean but not fancy. The grounds of the hotel are quite nice and the location, overall, is very quiet. Staff and service were exceptional.... More

The weather the week before had been 35 degrees and the seasonal average is 27 degrees but unfortunately we had predominantly rain on the two days we stayed here - not great when on a cycling holiday and we'd been counting on sunbathing and reading on our "rest days". However, this was the perfect place to stay on a rainy... More

We chose the hotel for its quiet, but scenic setting and it's reputation for good food and friendly service and were not disappointed. If you want a central base from which to explore a beautiful part of France, place this high on your list. Rooms in the main chateau reflect the owners' love of art and there is much to... More

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, clean & spacious rooms, outdoor pool (a bit fresh but great once your in) outside dinning when weather permits and great food. (Although my starters and main were served with the same rather bland salad) would defiantly go back if we were in the area again.
