I stayed here for a few days during a photography trip to the Scottish Highlands and it was great, just what I needed and close by to some beautiful spots. They had a hot water bottle in my bed when I arrived - I arrived very late due to my late flight and they were very accommodating. Even though I... More

We spent 2 nights at Kerrow House, it's location not far from Cannich is paeceful and remote. It is as close as you can get to the beautiful Glen Affrich and Glen Cannich and Plodda Falls are a svery short distance away. The House is beautiful and the grounds lovely, but that is nothing without great hosts and we were... More

Liz and John run a large house that fronts on a river and is surrounded by field of sheep, cows and horses. They greet you warmly as if you were the owner and were returning after a long trip. The living room has comfy furniture, a wood stove and also serves as the breakfast room. The bathrooms are large and... More

We spent three days in this lovely spot, under the care of Liz and John who were not only hospitable but also great tour guides for the area. The lodge is lovely, very comfortable, and the setting quite unique--surrounded by farms packed with sheep and cows. Liz and John have chickens and ponies to add to the mix. Breakfast was... More

I stayed in Kerrow house this August for two nights whilst motorbiking and hiking around Scotland. This old house, set in grounds near the stunning Glen Affric, is a wonderful B&B in the traditional style. The rooms were large and pristine, breakfast was excellent and very generous, and Liz and John were warm, helpful and informative hosts. I would recommend... More

Coming from across the pond (US) on our first trip to Scotland, we couldn't find lodging in Inverness - what a lucky thing for us!!! Kerrow House provided easy access to Inverness (which we quickly realized was the least attractive part of the area) and also provided us with the most beautiful country estate (when you open the white gate... Everything you could possibly want from a B&B with Liz and John as kind and helpful hosts. Lovely room in a beautiful old house and great breakfasts. Unbeatable - already planning our return next year!

This is a lovely, genteel house with gracious innkeepers who serve an elegant full breakfast and give excellent advice on local hiking, eating, and navigation. Enjoy the gardens, yard chickens, and shaggy ponies, and watch for sheep on the road at night.

Outside of Cannish, standing alone within a beautiful environment Liz and John offer their small castle as B&B, and its a wonderful experience! They are real friendly and helpful, provide a perfect breakfast and let us fell like little country kings. Thanks so much for that, if we had known that before we would have stayed longer - so we...
