We spent four wonderfully, rejuvenating days in the care of John and Liz and Kerrow House. If you like to pause and hear nothing (except the sounds of the birds) or the bleating of a sheep; if you like to stroll through gardens, look across fields of sheep and cattle, and look at the hills; then Kerrow House will delight... We knew we would have a comfortable B & B due to the relative higher room cost than we were used to, however we wanted to be in the Glen Affrick area. Kerrow House is so well run by Liz and John that we felt swaddled in luxury. The room was large, high ceilinged with a four poster period bed... More

We had a wonderful stay at Kerrow House. The breakfast was fantastic and certainly set us up for the day. Our room was lovely, the bed was so comfy it was hard to get up in the morning! We certainly enjoyed the hot water bottle warming our bed and the homemade shortbread, which was the best I've ever tasted. John's... More

We stayed in a chalet at Kerrow House during the week after Easter. We had an absolutely wonderful time: Glen Affric is breathtakingly beautiful, and the chalet was very well equipped and set in lovely grounds. Our boys loved running about, playing hide-and-seek and skimming stones on the river. Liz and John made us feel very welcome, and even left... More

Wonderful surrounding, friendly, very welcoming. Very comfortable, tasty home bake be it cakes, biscuits or jams. Great packed lunch too. Very reasonable price wise. Highly recommended, location good for birdwatching, not far from local interest sites as well as pubs and restaurant.

Warm hospitality, with an excellent breakfast set in a beautiful property. The hot water bottle warming the bed on return from dinner was such a nice touch. Just sad we were only able to spend one night there.

This has been the first time we visit in depth the Glenn Affric area and we are sure we wouldn´t have found a better place as a base camp than Rowan cabin at Kerrow House. Liz and John have go above and beyond to ensure that the stay was memorable. The cabin has everything you could need and it is... More

Liz, John and Bruce (their gorgeous dog) made us feel so welcome and at home. Their Victorian home is beyond stunning tucked away in the Highlands. My girlfriend and I stayed in the double room in the house. It had a very comfortable four-poster bed and the most amazing views of their land. Breakfast was delicious and great value. They... More

We had a wonderful time at the Kerrow House. Liz and John are welcoming and attentive hosts (as is Bruce their dog). The accommodations are very comfortable and the food was excellent (especially the house made jams and marmalade). The Kerrow House is nestled in a valley close to Glen Affric and Glen Cannich and the views are spectacular. We... More

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family being welcomed home. Liz and John (and not forgetting 'Bruce' the dog) are friendly, warm and sociable hosts and simply couldn't do enough for us during our short stay. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable and the hot water bottle placed in the bed was lovely. Everything... More
