We didn't stay over, just a lovely evening meal. I had a Moroccan lamb rump which was tasty and well presented. Served with a minted yoghurt - worked well. A bottle of wine with a friend where we sat comfortably with good service

Big thanks to the staff at The Bathurst Arms. We have just celebrated a family birthday with a night away and dinner here and it was rely lovely. We booked all six rooms and were beautifully looked after from the moment of our arrival. Food was delicious, the bar had a great atmosphere and they really couldn't do enough for... More

I have recently visited the Bathurst Arms in North Cerney and am somewhat disappointed that the New Head Chef has left, to call him Mr.Sunday Lunch would be an understatement. Good luck to whoever you are, and hope that your new establishment appreciate you like your customers did.

Booked a few days away with the dogs at Bathurst Inn - arrived to find a tiny, grubby freezing cold ( 'heating doesn't come on til 5 pm' ) room - to call it 'basic' would be an extreme understatement - room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month of Sundays and you couldn't open the bathroom door... I am a little reluctant to admit how excellent this Sunday lunch was, in case we will be unable to get a table in future!! We were six adults from two generations (age range early fifties to mid nineties) plus two dogs and the welcome and service were flawless. Choosing - initially - two courses from the Sunday menu, the... More

The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Whilst the food is really well prepared and presented the menu is incredibly limited. It's such a shame as on a number of occasions we have visited but just had a drink due to the lack of choice. The venue, and staff are great however it could become a regular if there was a... More

I recently visited a relative in North Cerney, who offered lunch at the Bathhurst just down the road. The previous owners didn't make the most of the potential of this lovely country pub and to say the food was average was being kind, but I'm glad to say that since it has been taken over a few months ago I... We came here for a weekend break and we were left speechless shortly after our arrival with the most amazing food I can recall cooked by the new head chef. The rooms are nicely decorated with en-suites. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and they were all very friendly. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back

We went to the Bathurst Arms for a family drink on the night of Halloween, The pub was decorated in the most traditional way for Halloween and the staff has also made an amazing effort to look realistic, the mulled cider was delightful and generally had a very nice evening. Congratulations to the staff again for their effort. Looking forward... More

We stayed at the Bathurst Arms on 4th October, I actually feel guilty for not writing a review earlier as the room was lovely (room 1) the staff were excellent and the Sunday lunch that we had the next day was superb!... We will be back!...
