We've just returned from a 3 night stay at Malangen Resort with my parents and had a wonderful time. The location is amazing, it is about 90 minutes from Tromso (for those of us less familiar on driving on snow) but the views on the journey are beautiful. On arrival check in was quick and efficient and the lady helping... More

The property is in very good location and has everything for our holiday. We stayed at an apartment, and there are all the facilities such as stove, oven, fridge for to make us feel at home. There are lots of activities for every guest to join. We were in the Husky Safari and Snowmobile. Not just the activity itself, but... More

I recently enjoyed two nights stay at the Malangen Resort. From our arrival to departure, the service was excellent. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed gorgeous views over the Fjord. The beds were really comfortable. The shower was amazing. Free tea and coffee are available all day. The dinner in the restaurant... We arrived at Malangen Brygger Resort in the dark after a 1.5 hr trip from Tromso but appreciated from the journey it was a little remote. The welcome was friendly and our room was on the second floor overlooking the fijord which we awoke to the next morning.  There was enough choice at breakfast but not extensive and all self... More

We stayed at Malangen Brygger Resort for two nights as part of a five night visit, booked via Wexas, for a big birthday. It's a 1.5 hour drive from Tromso. Do it during daylight if you can, to see the stark scenery. Looking at other reviews, it's worth researching whether you go for hotel room or on of the cabins.... More

We spent 3 nights at Malangen resort and i can say the feed back was really positive. I organized this company group and we stayed in deluxe Rorbu and i can say that everybody was really happy - no complain at all from any of the 45 pax The location is fantastic with great view on the fjord and the... Very modern design ,amazing monsoon shower and a stunning view of the fjord through a massive window. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful . We had an amazing snowmobiling trip with Noora ,who really made a big effort to ensure... More

This is one of the finest places to hunt the Northern Light. The location is perfect but maybe a little bit far from the ""civilised""world; 1,5 hours from Tromso. The rooms have a maginificant view. The food is fine but not special, but ok you are in Norway....Pity that a glass of wine or a beer cost a fortune. The service... More

Just returned from a 3 night stay in one of the sea view cabins, no 21. The cabin was comfortable and well equipped, with stunning panoramic views of the fjord and mountains. The breakfast although not extensive, still offered enough choice for us. The dinner menu again, not extensive but what we tried was very good. We recommend the Reindeer... More

We booked a Luxury Cabin at the Malangen Resort as the perfect spot to watch the northern lights. That it is! We had an awesome experience and Camp Nika, at a mere 20 min walk from the resort, is just perfect for that. But the Resort itself is a different story. First of all, the Luxury Cabins are privately owned,... More
