All Maldivian islands are heavenly, but what made this one stand out for us (4th resort we've been to) is the genuinely helpful manager, Aaron. A warm smile guaranteed every time you pass reception, backed up with his intention to REALLY do all he can. The hotel does not have wifi in the rooms but when Aaron learned that my... More

Just returned from our 9th visit to Eriyadu, and had a great time. Weather was hot, hot hot, food good, staff excellent. Changed management since our visit last year, big improvement, and seem to be getting things that need to be done...done.The new general manager..Prince Joseph ,is always available to help, and listen to your comments and take them on... Eriyadu is a wonderful quiet island in Maldives. Its rustic and uncommercialized. Water is still clear and clean, with decent amount of corals for snorkeling. The hotel provides boat service from the airport and scuba diving lessons for a fee. I think the room needs to be refreshed, they are kind of old, but i think its part of the... More

Be warned! In the last year Eriyadu Island resort have built a two story block of rooms directly in front of room numbers 160 to 178, they now call these "standard rooms" in fact it is staff accommodation or "overflow". The view from your porch/balcony is a blank wall. The new "de-lux" two story accommodation built five meters in front,... More

Stayed with my child during Xmas new year festivity. The team is great and they will go an extra mile to ensure you a great stay despite limited offerings. The food as always is great and new block of 16 rooms looks great. We had wonderful memories of our stay here and the team at Eriyadu is always ready to... More

This was our 8th visit to the Maldives, 3rd to Eriyadu, a few changes from our last visit, they have built apartment type accommodation (16 rooms) which look ok, the dining/restaurant area unfortunately has not been made bigger to accommodate the extra people dining, but apparently there are plans to expand the dining area. We stayed in a deluxe room,... More

We went for the diving more then for the resort and had a great holiday. Friendly staff, good food and nice bar/terrace for sunset drinks (with some resident sharks from 5 to 7 pm). We took an all inclusive as we like some wine with our food and a cold beer after a day's diving. Euro Divers did an excellent... More

I chose Eriyadu Island resort mainly because of the claimed great snorkeling and diving, and was not disappointed. The house reef is fantastic for snorkeling, saw turtles and white tip reef sharks on a regular basis. The boat dives were excellent as well. The island is small, very lovely, “barefoot island” with pleasant vegetation. I recommend choosing at least a... More
