We stayed at Vakarufalhi the last week in July, first week of August for a week, it was the end of our honeymoon which in the previous two weeks had us hopping from Dubai, to Cambodia then Bali and finally here. We arrived on the resort around 7:20am following a 25 or so minute sea plane from Male and then... More

We spent 2 weeks at Vakarufalhi Island Resort back in 2012 and we could easily say this was the best holiday we had so far. It is a very small, private island -takes you 12 min to walk from one side to another but we loved it. Staff was very friendly, they quickly learned what we prefer to drink so was... More

Vakarufalhi Island Resort Hotel, simply the best! Location, food and overall service. We spent 12 days of pure relaxing for an unforgettable honeymoon. Selected room n°112, a very quiet and nice beach villa. Our bungalow was in front of the seaside, in the extreme left corner of this small and comfortable island. Privacy and confort are guaranteed Italian cuisine with... More

Vacarufali is perfect. We were looking for a sophisticated island, good food, not too much noise, a nice over the water not too modern - Fiametta Viaggi in Milan were perfect and gave us all the advice we needed once they understood what we were looking for. We flew with Neos and booked the extra leg room seats on the... More

The property is a classic paradise atol style hotel. All the bungalows are great, most of all the overwater ones of course. The food is very good, and the service is good, but not excellent. Goos scuba diving around, good diving facilities.

Even guests we met on the island who had been to other Maldives islands said this was definitely one of the better ones. So... More
