Hard to say how much we enjoyed our time at Tranquility. We arrived aboard the Island Diver, expecting just the usual welcome and sedate check-in and settling in but, instead, we were immediately bundled back into the boat with our gear and off to the wonderful Owens' reef for a dive. The energy and enthusiasm from Bill (who seemed genuinely... More

Other reviewers have said it all before about the great hospitality - from the owner, the managers, the office staff, the chefs, dive instructors and others who came every day to the island. I loved the feeling that after a couple of days it became "our" island too. One thing that really impressed was the commitment to the turtle breeding... More

Luxury is not the first word that comes to mind when you stay at Tranquillity - words which do are - peace, service, simplicity, friendliness and great diving. We only stayed two nights, but wished we had stayed a couple more. The resort is small - only seven Fares, most sleeping 2-3, though the four of us were in the... More

We spent 10 nights at Tranquility Dive Resort (22/6 to 1/7/14) and loved every minute of it. The experience was made so memorable not only by the stunning environment (the diving, the bush tracks, the wildlife, the weather, the beaches etc. etc.) but also by Bill and Lisa the managers and everyone else who made sure our stay was unforgettable.... As a family we have been going to Moso for over 10 years. Our family has loved it so much that we my husband and I decided to get married it was a simple choice to have our wedding on Moso. The staff are amazing and have become family. They consistently go out of their way to make every time... More

Your wedding was one of the most challenging events we have had at tranquility with 42 guests with most of them staying on the island. The ceremony on Hapi Tok beach was wonderful and you made the greatest couple, even the weather looked after you. Over the five days you were with us we enjoyed your company immensely even though... I returned to Tranquillity Island recently after my first trip more than two years ago. The new managers Bill and Lisa were very friendly and welcoming taking time to socialise with us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Both managers are new to the resort and are very enthusiastic and accomodating. The food was great as always with... More

seeing the hammerhead on the last dive of the course must have been a bit of a thrill, doesn't happen often but that mixed with all the other sightings was a great intoduction into diving. Glad you liked your stay and the staff nd management. More

We chose Tranquility Island for a refresher dive and a first time diving experience. We could not have had 2 better people to go diving with. Lisa and Bill are professional, experienced, and quite frankly outstanding people. Diving was great saw loads of different fish, and a turtle just casually swam with us.. Wonderful. We did not stay as it... More

Lisa and Bill have really moved into tranquillity quickly, many of our guest recentlyhave made similar comments even though they have only been here for just a month or so. We have some resident turtles which always are a treat to see, maybe we will see you again someday for a longer stay More

Awesome dive locations (at least 20 to choose from). All levels of diver catered for. Coral is it's normal colour, not bleached from freshwater run-off, or choked by eroded sediment. Expect to see numerous reef fish (of course) and larger pelagics when the time is right. Our dive trip saw us interact with turtles, angelfish, clownfish, lion fish and my... More

On our recent trip to Vanuatu we decided to do our introductory dive, we chose Tranquilty, best idea we had that day. We were the only people on our tour (a frequent occurrence for us in this lovely country) and the attention we received was marvellous. Tommi our dive instructor was patient and knowledgable. We completed 2 dives that day... More

Quite often we do one on one intro dives as we are not into big numbers. Your comment about swimming through a documentary is almost true as recently we have had several documentaries done around tranquillity. We try hard to make sure the food is special. More

My wife and I were the only people to do a dive this day, which made for a great learning session. Tomi was great and was very patient with us and quickly put us at ease. The diving was great and the coral and fish were amazing. This dive experience has made us think that we should do more formal... More
