I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and it is situated perfectly for a places to eat and drink. The shopping area is close by, shops tend to close about 18:00. The rooms are generally on the small side but are very well decorated. A large selection of food is available for the buffet breakfast.

We were planning a dinner in a 2 star michelin restaurant in Duffel and on their web site it was suggested to stay here. The hotel is well located in the beautiful town called Lier. Booking directly with the hotel wasn't that easy (couldn't get a reply quickly), so I decided to book through booking.com which worked well. It is... More

Don't let the age of the building discourage you. The interiors are updated and lovely! We walked to dinner then to the Wine Bar on Werf. We would stay there again. Breakfast was a delight and very traditional.

The room and bathroom is spacious and clean. The bed is large and extremely comfortable, had a perfect sleep. Heating was little bit noisy. There is free wifi... More

This was a fantastic hotel to stay in. It's located in the centre of Lier in Belgium, and first impressions are terrific. It's a stunning looking property, the rooms are modern and clean, and the bed was supremely comfortable - one of the most comfortable beds I've experienced in Europe. The staff were eager to please, and quickly solved my... More

Down in the city center of that charming flemish city of Lier, you will find a 100 years old rest home consisting of a dozen of little houses converted into a well equipped modern hotel with 23 rooms. The reception people are very friendly and helpful and you can immediately enjoy a good cup of coffea in the breakfast room... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 1 night after a wedding feast in the nearby Hof van Beatrijs. The hotel consists of 12 small houses for retired old workers which were constructed around a courtyard with a well in 1903 by a family Van Acker-Peeters. We had room 108, which was upstairs under the roof of one... More

This is a great hotel in a great location to vista Lier. Lier is a smaller version of Brugge but far less of a Tourist Trap. The rooms are large and have large bathrooms and are very good value for money. Parking is close in an underground car park overall very good.
