This small hotel has a very pretty interior with imaginative colour scheme and was clean and tidy but in my judgement is expensive for what you get. The Trip advisor entry and booking site say there is free parking. The only parking is on the street. If you are traveling with a car full of belongings this is a nasty... More

Perfect location, amazing rooms and really nice stuff - I can recommend this place to everyone :) Porticello is a nice place to see in general, there's a lot of good restaurants offering fresh seafood. The owner of a hotel will tell you about all the places worth visiting with pleasure.

We stayed here a few days and visited Palermo from here. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. He recommended us restaurants, told us how to get to the train station, where to buy the ticket for the train etc. We had a beautiful room with a very nice view over the harbour. The train connection to Palermo is great... More

We had a great little top-floor apartment with the use of a kitchen and roof terrace, and fabulous views of the fishing port and bay. The Stenopus Greco is based in a picturesque fishing town where every boat in the marina goes out to catch fish. Fishermen sit outside their houses mending their nets. Yes, it's a bit scruffy but... Stayed 1 night from 28 to 29th of Sep 2014, We came to the hotel in the evening and didn`t realize at once what the place around is. The hotel service doesn`t include breakfast, only bed. When we got up in the morning, went out, we found ourselves in a dirty port village with no cafes at all. Some strangely-looking... More

Porticello is a pretty and hard working fishing port. Stenopus Greco is located right on the harbour front giving guests in the rooms facing the harbour a grand stand view of the activities in the port. The rooms are large, clean and wonderfully furnished with Indonesian wooden beds, wardrobes and chests. A fridge is provided and is stocked with a... More

Excellent location: you are in quite and calm fishing town but only 15-20 km away from Palermo, Monreale, … Hotel location in Porticello is also perfect: in front of the harbor and Central Square with a lot of cosy restaurants and gelaterias. For your convenience there are a lot of small family owned shops with a very pleasant people ready... More

What a lovely surprise to find this perfect accommodation away from the busy coastline around Palermo. Beautiful colourful room, excellent views over harbour, welcoming host, perfect setting. The entrance is a bit tricky to find but well-worth persisting - ask at the harbour. Highly recommended!

We had a great room with a large balcony with a superb sea view. We could see the sunrise from our bed. :) The room was very colorful and the spectacular antique furniture had a very good style. Air condition and Wi-Fi worked as expected, the room was cleaned every day and we also got two bottles of mineral water... More

We stayed here on the last night of a three week trip around Sicily - a great end to the holiday because of the amazing view of the working fishing port from the balcony. The owner is particularly welcoming and recommended two local restaurants - excellent seafood as you might expect in this location. Despite being right on the harbour... More
