The Ehsan gusthouse is really nice. The rooms are spacious and beautifully restored. The pictures that people have posted don't really do it justice for how nice the rooms really are and the setting around the courtyard is spectacular. The town of Kashan probably only has one day worth of sights to see, but it would be worth staying longer... More

The Ehsan Guest House is really picturesque and peaceful. The rooms are around an open courtyard with an ornamental pool which was decorated for the Persian new year when we were there. Breakfast and dinner was served in the open - both very good (scrummy meatballs and very nice turkish coffee). Although it is a converted old traditional house the... More

Ehsan House is a traditional Iranian house with rooms set around a large courtyard. Our room was very comfortable and quiet which we appreciated after noisy Tehran. We ate our breakfast sitting in the peaceful courtyard overlooking the central pool with a fountain. The ladies at reception were really fantastic and helped us organise our onward travel and accommodation.

I stayed here for one night in November. The hotel is in a historical house that is very well kept. My room was comfortable and managed to blend the usual contemporary hotel conveniences with the historical charm. The only guests during my stay were other tourists, mostly the adventurous/backpacker type, not tour groups. The courtyard was very inviting to hang... More

I'm actually writing from Ehsan Guest House right now, the first time on my trip to Iran that I have been moved to do this. Now if you're a 5-star-modern-luxury-hotel kind of person, this is not for you. If you want a beautiful traditional guest house with a peaceful courtyard and very friendly management, I strongly recommend this as a... More

We stayed here twice during our almost 3-months stay in Iran and it is truly a jewel among all the hotels we visited in this country! The traditional house itself, the architecture, the lovely interior is great, the location very central. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very nice and the home-cooked dinner they serve is... More

We stayed at this place by accident, after our booking at Manoucheri House got cancelled... But... What a lucky coincidence! This hotel is decorated with so much taste that is almost unique in Iran - and even only a few boutique hotels in Europe can be comparable. Everything has its very own place to be, everything looks beautiful. The owner... More

A beautiful nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful service. Breakfast fast simple but very good and also dinner was nice. A beautiful patio with lots of space to relax in the shade. Very nice location, close to the market and all other sights. Go there, you won't regret it!

The hotel is an old traditional Iranian house which still preserves most of the detail. I was lucky to get very nice room (see picture), it was like back in time, experiencing traditional Iranian old days. The food is good, the staff is excellent, and the location is just in the center of most tourist attraction.

Very well located, close to both the bazaar and the famous old houses. A bit pricey at 1200000 rials for a double room ensuite (including breakfast), but we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner in their lovely courtyard. The hotel is clean and the restaurant is good with some traditional Iranian fare. It's better to book a room in advance as... More
