Arrived without a booking at 8pm but luckily they could accommodate me. Ehsan has an enormous and beautiful courtyard where buffet breakfast is served in the mornings. The wifi is patchy like most of Iran. I liked the dorm room which had the most comfortable beds in Iran. Downside was the showers, which were only lukewarm. Would recommend however, especially... We spent an excellent couple of days here - great spot and atmosphere, well set up, good facilities, great food and very helpful staff. Highly recommend. We ended up on 2 different rooms, one was a bit simpler than the other with a shared bathroom but was perfectly fine. The other was really nice with a private bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ehsan Historical House, a renovated old house. The atmosphere at the inner court yard was so relaxing, that I could have stayed for a couple of more days. The staff is very friendly and experienced, english is spoken moderatley. The rooms were nice, clean and large enough, also simple and neatly restaurated.

The hotel it self looks great and cosy with really nice rooms but the staff are not so friendly. It's a cheaper alternative to new fancy Manoucheri hotel which a short walk down the road. All in all if you rather save some cash try Ehsan house you will have an enjoyable stay but if you want a truly unique... More

In the centre of Kashan you can find this excellent traditional guesthouse/hotel full of atmosphere. We took a double room with bathroom outside, the rooms are unique (you will find hard mattress, perfect for me), cleaned bathroom with western toilet, plenty and good breakfast, the hotel provide also for the dinner (delicious!!!). The prices are good, totally recommended!

Didnt end up staying there, as i changed my plans and slept in the desert instead. It was no problem at all. The staff is very friendly, too! Next time i will definitely try to stay there again as the place seems to be relaxing and easy going.

Stayed here for two nights in the dorm - there is an upstairs and a downstairs dorm and as I stayed here during the summer I was fortunate enough to stay in the downstairs dorm, which doesn't have air con but never really got overly hot. Staff are lovely and extremely accommodating. Food was good and pretty cheap - I... More

I stayed here for 2 nights. It's a lovely building around a garden with fountain, pomegranate trees, lots of space to relax, hang out, meet other travellers. The breakfast was wonderful - fresh, tasty and loads of it. I stayed in the dorm and it was spotlessly clean. My only real issue was that I had to walk across the... More

We spent two nights here. First night in a room without private bathroom. The common facilities were good but located a bit far from our room. Therefore we opted to upgrade to a larger room with ensuite bathroom for the second night. The location is very good, walking distance to most places. We had diner here the two nights and... More

This is a very special place, built in a Persian style around a garden. The day beds, flowering pomegranates and fountains made it a wonderful place to relax. We had a lovely room which was more like a suite - had its own staircase and dressing room - and was very comfortable. Thoroughly recommended as really capturing the essence of... More
