We stayed for two nights in Eshan and i think it was the only place where the rooms were cold.We had a very big room but the heaters were not sufficient for its size. Most important, there were huge gaps between the doors and the wall because they hadn't been maintened properly. Some glass on the windows were also broken.Other than that, the room... The Ehsan House is one of the best and nicest accommodation options I enjoyed in Iran. Actually, while in Kashan, I had also a look at other traditional houses which function as hotels and, honestly, I still prefer the Ehsan House. First of all its location is very central and the bazaar and other tourist attractions are within walking distance... More

A pleasant, clean and comfortable old mansion that has been converted into a guest house, with an attractive courtyard where you can sit and drink tea by the fountain. The primary drawback is the exceptionally chaotic and limited kitchen: It’s described as ‘family style‘ which is a nice way of saying that it’s not professionally managed and has a cook... More

This hotel is quiet and very attractively. The inside garden is a very nice place to rest from the hectic of the city. We had a twin room with shared bathroom which was clean and comfortable, though in November it was a bit cold at night. They can put a gas fire, but we don't trust that during our sleep.... More

We stayed here for two nights and all I can say it was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming, the rooms, although basic, were clean and light, the breakfast and dinner was very good and the atmosphere was so relaxed that I wished we could have stayed longer. The staff also arranged an excursion to Marenjab Caravenserai for us with... More

It was a pleasure to stay at the Ehsan. Very helpful staff, lovely house, great location, good value. Would highly recommend staying there whenever you are in Kashan. No must: the food in the hotel. But then, for that you better venture out anyway and discover the city.

We had a great stay at this perfect Persian guest house. The rooms were very clean and with great air conditioning and bathrooms. The breakfast was included in the price and was made up of traditional Persian fare- boiled eggs, tomatoes, bread, honey and jam. It was lovely just hanging out in the courtyard where there was traditional benches and... More

Arrived without a booking at 8pm but luckily they could accommodate me. Ehsan has an enormous and beautiful courtyard where buffet breakfast is served in the mornings. The wifi is patchy like most of Iran. I liked the dorm room which had the most comfortable beds in Iran. Downside was the showers, which were only lukewarm. Would recommend however, especially... We spent an excellent couple of days here - great spot and atmosphere, well set up, good facilities, great food and very helpful staff. Highly recommend. We ended up on 2 different rooms, one was a bit simpler than the other with a shared bathroom but was perfectly fine. The other was really nice with a private bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ehsan Historical House, a renovated old house. The atmosphere at the inner court yard was so relaxing, that I could have stayed for a couple of more days. The staff is very friendly and experienced, english is spoken moderatley. The rooms were nice, clean and large enough, also simple and neatly restaurated.
