My parents and I had returned from Emeishan to Chengdu, and stayed an unforgettable night in the Golden Hotel, which is booked by Beijing Holiday for us, because of the cold weather, though the heater worked well. But the room is very clean and functional with private bathroom. It is also very close to the cable car exit of the... More

It was the hotel on emeishan summit .room was good and has under floor heating so the room was very warm . Reception staff doesn't speak much English . Not worth having breadfirst in the hotel because there is only one staff serving and no choice of selection . No bread etc only Chinese congee with some pickles vegetables and... More

This is the best hotel to stay if you plan to photograph sunset and sunrise. Hotel is about a 20 min to the Golden summit where it will allow you to take some good photo if the weather permit. Pack a overnight bag if you are staying at this hotel. Transportation is not convenient for large bag.

We stayed at the Golden Summit Hotel for one night in November 2013 while visiting Mt Emei. As others have mentioned, the hotel is very close to the cable car exit, on the right as you walk towards the summit. We had an en suite twin room which was clean and functional as was the bathroom. Nothing special, but you... More

Stayed in Golden Summit hotel whilst visiting Mt. Emei. We have booked 3 rooms for six persons and in view of the super pick season, we paid more than it should be. It is quite cold at night and fortunately the heater worked well. Breakfast would only be provided if the guests took their dinner in the hotel. We ordered... More

i came here on a school trip many years back. the room was clean, very comfortable and the hotel itself provide many amenities. the main issue, quite a few of such amenities are not really children friendly. for example, dubious massages palours, jackpot & mahjong rooms. The hotel itself is halfway up the peak of E-mei summit and provides you... More

I was rather petrified before checking into the hotel as the reviews of the past were absolutely horrifying. Readers shall have a sigh of relief to note that the refurbishment was completed & it's quite grand despite its three star rating. It's literally outside the exit of the cable car station on the peak of E-Mei Mountain. From pictures, you... More

If you want to see the sunrise, this hotel is almost the only choice on the Golden Summit. Minutes away from the sights and next to the cable car station. Premium location, which corresponds by a premium price. To get to the hotel, you have to take the bus from the terminus at the foot of the mountain. The bus... More

3* Mountain hotel walking distance to the Golden Summit. The location is very peaceful. Rooms are on the smallish side but clean. The beds are very hard. Dress warmly as it does get chilly even in the summer.

We stayed one nite at this hotel. The only credit card they accept here is Union Pay so we had no choice but to pay cash (RMB 420). It was minus 11 degrees outdoor yet the heater was not really working and the windows to the room couldn't shut tight so you can imagine how miserably cold the nite was.... More
