Hotel is way below our expectation and photos seen about the hotel seems deceiving. Room is very small and not clean, heating facility was not sufficient. Toilet was very cramped. The location is the only plus point as is nearer to the Golden Summit. Nothing else is good about the hotel. Staff was a bit rude. Price paid was higher... More

My wife, daughter (5), and I spent a night at Jinding this December. All in all, our experience was not bad, but we did encounter some difficulties. Get in shape before you come. If you can't climb 44 flights of stairs, don't even think about staying here.My wife and I did ok but the altitude took its toll on my... More

This is one of the three hotels on the summit, being the oldest of the three. The rooms are tiny, but that is expected from a hotel located on the peak of a mountain. The washroom is seriously tiny in the room that we stayed at, but we were lucky we got one en-suite at all. There are other room... More

We stayed here for one night hoping to catch the sunrise at the summit. We booked their best room, yet it was small and not very clean. There was a dirt on the bedcover of one of the beds in the room. Perhaps because of that and the fact the bed was hard as a rock, I could not really... More

There are only two hotels on top. Expensive, but worth it . .cut costs in other places on your vacation . .spend one night here. Limited food options, but good food. We gave it our best shot for the sunset and sunrise, but it was to foggy and cloudy. You never know what the weather will be like on top... More

Emei is the 4th mountain in China where we have stayed on the summit and watched sunrise. Like everywhere else, you dont' really have much of a choice when staying on the summit so you expect quality to be average at best and food to be poor. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. Rooms are small but very cozy and... More

We wanted to see the sunrise and there are only two choices. This and Golden summit. The names sound very very similar so be careful when booking. I think the Golden Summit is better (it is 2 min walk away) and closer to the cablecar. The bfast was included but not very appetising. Pro -close to the summit. Its a... More

There are only two hotels at the top of Emei (Jinding or Golden Summit): this hotel and the Golden Summit Hotel. You want to be careful when selecting which hotel because their Chinese names are similar. There is another motel next to the Golden Summit Hotel but I heard it was not that great. We stayed one night at this... More
