I am a Kruger Park regular and have been so for around 25 years. I love the place. And when I go into the Park via the Phalaborwa Gate, which is my preferred route these days, I always stay at Arimaghan, both at the beginning and the end of my Kruger visit. So, I have been a regular guest over... More

We stayed for 3 night during the second week of Feb. Helmut and Linnette are a great couple of hosts. Rooms are comfortable. It is a nice easy informal and relaxed stay here. The weather was extremely hot when we stayed so the pool was an added plus. Helmut is very knowledgeable on the local area and provided us with... More

Arimagham guest house is, for most people, a place to sleep before entering Kruger NP from the Phalaborwa Gate. The guest house is run by an elderly Austrian gentleman giving it an "old world vibe" in terms of atmosphere. The host was friendly and flexible enough to handle an unfortunate situation about being forsaken by by the staff who decided... More

We choose the accommodation as it was well priced and close to the Kruger National Park gate. The location is excellent and the accommodation good. Nothing fancy, but very entertaining hosts! We went out for meal to the Hat and Creek (recommended) and then returned for an interesting chat with our hosts. For something unique go and stay.

Beautiful place in a Phalaborwa, 2 min drive from the Phalaborwa gate to Kruger which offers great facilities and awesome hospitality! Helmut and Linnette made this visit fun and amazing, although got up a bit hanged-over ;-)

We were three women driving along the Panorama Route on a trip through South Africa heading to Kruger on March 17th, when we decided we'd better call for a place to stay. We were fortunate enough to find the Arimagham Guest House run by Helmut and Lynnette and their well manner dog. Helmut greeted us warmly and got us settled... More

We stayed at Arimagham Guest House in Phalaborwa for one night. The Guest House is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, just minutes from the Phalaborwa gate of Kruger National Park. We were welcomed by owners Helmut and Lynette, along with their lovely dog Fly (please don’t be put off if you are not a fan of dogs, Fly was... More
