Old style haveli converted into a resort sort of place. Attened a birthday party there. Very spicy food with Rajasthani cuisine. Can be tried once if you are in Alwar. Place requires more innovative usage of the space they have.

We stayed in Burja Haveli for one night. The room was huge with a separate sleeping area. TV was really old and tiny and didn't have a clear picture. Lighting was also poor. The room was recently painted so it was relatively decent. Bathroom was also huge.... but there was nothing there but a weird smell. We had a nice... More

What a beautiful Hotel! The architecture and rooms are exceptionally nice, it's not your typical modern hotel and the experience is appreciated! Rooms are clean, service is good. Free wifi and puppet show in the lobby was entertaining. Highly recommend.

its an ancient haveli no doubt but resurrected into a hotel some years ago, the authenticity rendered by faux murals. Rooms are spacious though lighting is dim. But the ambience is good and the food is remarkable , only bettered by the warm hospitality of the staff and the heritage owners . A lovely experience at the price !

A couple of nights' stay at Burja Haveli is a pleasantly different experience from one in a "modern" hotel. The haveli retains its 270 year old structure as well as ambience, yet offers very modern facilities. The rooms are specious and the linen clean. The service is very courteous with very personal attention to each guest. The chef, Munna Ghosh, is... More

Travelled in a group on 11 (family and friends) and all really enjoyed our stay at Burja Haveli. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and nicely furnished. We were especially happy with the food. Very friendly and good chef. Varied menu, different from the standard menus you get while travelling. We will surely recommend the hotel... More

We traveled to this place after reading reviews on TripAdvisor, and were deeply shocked. The place is definitely a Haveli but is very badly maintained. Dirty linen, ac in bad conditions, cockroaches and dusty furniture. All of this can be taken care of but what is most disheartening is the staff behaviour. A complaint requires 3-4 calls for attention. Showing... More

We spent 3 nights in Jan'15. Family with 1 kid. Building: This is an old haveli, beautifully and carefully renovated. The moment you enter, you find it becoming beautiful by every step. Look at nice fresco all over the walls. The hotel has fine garden in front of it. Staff: Staff and owner (Mr Rathore) are very warm and caring (very... More

I found this place very good and away from the noisy environment of Alwar city. Rooms are good and clean. Staff is cooperative. Food is not that awesome but few dishes are very good. Situated at a place from where most of the tourist spots like Siliser lake, bala quila and sariska are within 35 km.
